- La habitación tenía muy mal olor. Se notaba que los tendidos de cama y cobija llevaban mucho tiempo sin ser lavados

- Disgusting , so dirty , I stayed 2 nights , when I arrived the bathrooms were filthy and they were nit cleaned the next day so again was so dirty. The staff is useless you see them standing around doing nothing while the place is filthy. Worst stay in colombia ! Do not reccomend !!

+ Price was very affordable.

- We were told check in would be any time from 9am. We arrived at 12pm and they told us to wait until 4pm for our room. The hostel is near a place and plays loud music until 3/4am and it can be heard from the rooms. Someone came to our room to check the shower while we were away and left mud marks all over the bathroom and inside the shower.

- The walls are super thin so it’s not very peaceful. Bed was ok (spring mattress). We were in room 4 and it has a problem in the wall with possibly one of the pipes, it would bang against the wall at random times sounding like someone was knocking on the wall. Guest fridge needs to be cleaned out as I think it’s a lot of food from past guests, maybe have a free area so food doesn’t get wasted. Our Last night some guests came back late and played music and were loud as there is no staff on at nighttime to tell them to keep it down. Price matched accommodation tho

+ The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hostel room wasn’t nice. My sheets weren’t clean (they had physical bits of dirt that I had to brush off) and the room was very stuffy. Throughout the day the staff leave the doors and windows open to air, which I understand, but at nighttime the room was full of mosquitoes and I got a lot of bites on my arms whilst I was sleeping. The bathrooms were also not very clean, and there were no hooks or large-enough shelves to keep clothes/toiletries. I also only had one curtain across my bunk, which meant I was staring directly at the person opposite me.

- Je n'avais pas d'eau chaude dans ma salle de bain privée. Je l'ai fait remarquer à la personne en charge à mon arrivée qui m'a indiqué qu'il fallait simplement attendre que l'eau chaude arrive. Elle n'est jamais arrivée ou à peine 1 min d'eau tiède (même le dernier jour lorsque la situation a soit disant été "réglée"). C'est très décevant et je regrette que la personne n'ait pas remonté le problème et trouvé une solution. Elle avait l'air de trouver ça amusant même. Même si le gérant a l'air très sympathique mon expérience a été mauvaise et je tiens à le faire remarquer pour les prochains visiteurs.

- The room had black mould everywhere. The bed wasn’t comfy and very loud. A very negative point is that the owner lives in the same building and the whole time, even till late in the night you can hear the kids running and screaming around in the top floor, which is very annoying when you try to have a rest. Same in the restaurant. The kids have the restaurant as their playroom so it’s constantly full of toys and noisy kids and you are not able to have a pleasant diner. It’s a pity, since the food itself is good. I wouldn’t recommend if you look for a pleasant place to rest.

+ The staff was consistently respectful, friendly, and helpful, the Internet was excellent, and the location was great.

- The room did not look or feel clean. I encountered a number of cockroaches, there were cobwebs throughout the room, the shower leaked a lot, there were mold and other stains on the ceiling and walls throughout the space, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned (there were toothpaste/saliva flecks on it when we checked in), there was a hole in a glass window that had been covered by placing a piece of paper over it, and there were holes in the baseboards in multiple places.

+ Das Personal war recht freundlich und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp top. Der Preis war wirklich sehr günstig, 20€ pro Nacht und Zimmer Die Lage in Salento war angenehm ruhig vom Verkehr und anderen Touristen

- Wir haben diese Unterkunft auf Grund der sehr guten Bewertungen gebucht, allerdings sind unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt worden. Unser Zimmer war viel mehr eine muffige Kammer im Hinterhof. Das Fenster konnte man nur ganz öffnen (keine Option, während man unterwegs ist) Ein verbauter Lüfter wurde ständig abgeschaltet und konnte so seinen Zweck ebenfalls nicht erfüllen! Es war so leider dauerhaft sehr feucht und muffig! Das Zimmer war definitiv gereinigt, allerdings war trotzdem in allen Ecken Dreck und Schimmel, die Dusche war sehr grenzwertig. Man hört leider auch alles, was in der Nachbar Kammer (Zimmer) passiert. Der Hahn kräht ab 5h morgens sehr laut, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts. Natürlich war das Zimmer sehr günstig, aber definitiv keine 8 oder sogar 9/10 in der Bewertung!

+ El Sr. Jesús siempre nos orientó en cuanto a cualquier inquietud lo cual nos ayudó bastante, el lugar tiene excelente ubicación y muy bonito

+ Very nice, clean hostel with friendly staff. A lot of kitchen utensils. The room was very clean. It was very quiet at night.

+ Queda cerca al terminal y al centro , además con un ara cerca lo cual fue muy útil.

+ La ubicación sin dudas, esta cerca de la terminal por cual para andar con el equipaje a cuestas es muy bueno, tiene un super al lado, panaderia y verduleria en la cuadra siguiente y al ser un pueblo es cerca de todo. Sin dudas la ubicación es un punto extra de este hospedaje. En cuanto al personal siempre servicial para las necesidades. Otro punto a favor es q la habitación tiene ventilacion

+ La atención al cliente es excelente. Cabe destacar especialmente a Angela y Alejandra del servicio, así como al gerente Jesús que siempre están a la orden.

+ We had a great stay here. Jesus was a great host. The location was perfect, walkable to everything and near the bus terminal. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had lovely views.

- You could hear everything as there were gaps in the door but it didn't bother us and at night it was quiet.

+ Every thing is good. The hostess and personal nice and friendly. The house comfortable and clean. Access to the kitchen and beautiful lunch and resting area. Place is well located, no too far, no too close to the main square. Souronded of coffee and restaurants. Next door supermarket. In few words it’s great !

+ La amabilidad de Don Jesús y la limpieza y acabados del baño y el cuarto.

+ Tout! L’emplacement à l’entrée du village donc un peu plus au calme mais très proche à pied du centre. La chambre double était confortable avec très bon rapport qualité qualité prix. Le propriétaire, Jesus, nous a également donné de très bons conseils et toujours à disposition en cas de questions.

+ The owner and his family are really nice and welcoming. Great for advice on what to do and where to do it. Great location, walking distance to everything and nice and quiet at night. Stayed in the dorm and it was clean and perfect for my stay.

+ Nous avons eu une chambre propre, spacieuse avec des rangements et une super vue depuis le balcon. Salle de bain agréable avec eau chaude. La cuisine de l’hostel est grande et bien équipée. En prime, le propriétaire est de bon conseil et très arrangeant (nous avons pu check-in dès notre arrivée à 9h)

+ Loved the location and very clean rooms, overall well taken care of the space. The staff super kind and helpful, they gave us so many recommendations.

- I requested the lower bed when making the reservation but when I checked in they only had top beds in the room available. It wasn't all bad but it certainly impacted a bit my comfort, given that my back was not at its best. Also, it would have been even better to have some individual light for each bed in the shared room.

- Kitchen was cluttered with dirty dishes, which to be fair is from lack of people cleaning up, not the hostel itself.
