I had a disappointing stay. Staff became passive-aggressive, with one refusing to speak English and no apology from management. The hostel mixes long-term residents with short-term guests, creating an uncomfortable environment. My bunk was hot and uncomfortable, and the bedding was dirty. Long-term guests were disruptive, and staff showed little care. The hostel needs better staff training, cleanliness, and separate rooms for long- and short-term guests.

房間還可以，但公共區域很髒，餐廳廚房的桌子沒擦，共用衛浴數量少，也很髒。

NASTY! It was very dirty. I would not recommend or stay again but you get what you pay for. Only plus was the location near the city center

Cons: Service was very unapproachable and quiet. Beds were uncomfortable. Tap in bathroom was leaking to the floor. Minimal common room. Generally unclean. Towel was size of a hand towel. Pros: locker next to bed (no own lock required). Decent location

There were several issues with the facilities that wouldn't be too bad if they were isolated, but all of them combined made it a shocking experience. The ensuite bathroom in our 10-bed dorm had plumbing issues with the sink, the shower had several issues. The mattress springs were loud, the mattress itself and pillows were way too thin. There were issues with other toilets. I am limited by the characters here but there was a lot left to be desired by this hostel.

The hostel is in a quiet neighbourhood but very close to the old town. You can sleep peacefully. Charging sockets are right above every bed. The washroom situation needs to improve. There are limited washrooms for the number of beds in the hostel. The shower in my floor had issues with water clogging and so had find a WC/shower in a diff floor.

The best thing about the Hostel was its location, and easy access to different establishments. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place since it leaves much to be desired.

When I stayed here the Hostel was mainly populated by men over the age of 50.

personnels inexistants ! aucune porte douche et wc qui ne ferment ! Mauvaise odeur draps et wc ! Cette auberge n’est pas un hostel mais un foyer ! A éviter absolument ( arriver dés clients à 3h du matin ) inacceptable !

Bastante mal la verdad, no me dieron taquilla, la habitación no cerraba, había mucho descontrol y, aunque esto no es culpa del Hostel, la higiene del resto de huéspedes era bastante cuestionable.

Bathroom is gross and there was only 1 on the whole first floor and 1 shower. Had to be shared with over 10 people so you can imagine how that went.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed over New Year with a group and had a very positive experience.The staff were extremely friendly, flexible, and always willing to help. Beds were large, stable, and comfortable, with clean bedding in good condition. Great location, 24/7 room access, and multiple bathrooms made the stay very convenient.A small note: motion-sensor lights in bathrooms can be inconvenient, and a bit more tea/coffee variety would be nice. Really good place with a warm atmosphere!

Das Hostel macht auf den ersten Eindruck einen eher dürftigen Eindruck. Nach der ersten Nacht, wenn man sich etwas "eingelebt" hat, ist es gar nicht so schlecht. Es fehlen Toiletten/Duschräume, aber wenn das Hostel nicht voll belegt ist, ist auch das in Ordnung. Das Personal, scheinbar bestehend aus den zwei Betreibern, ist 24/7 im Hostel und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Amaizing location, very clean hostel. Nice kitchen with a lot of facilities provided for cooking. The only advice I can give is to work a bit more towards attracting more backpackers and digital nomads.

Very good hostel, clean beds, staff was nice and you get a very big locker.

Great location, walking distance from the main train station, close to the center. I liked the helpful people at the reception, quick check-in, the kitchen with free tea, kettle, sofas and tables for comfortable rest in the common area. The room (female dorm) was clean, I was lucky with the neighbors - quiet and calm, I slept well. The mattresses are comfortable. I got a large towel for free. The shower, connected to the toilet, was quite clean, only a little leaked onto the floor, and it would

Super auberge pour un séjour court. J'ai choisi une chambre pour filles et c'était parfait, je recommande. Douche au top, lits top aussi. A noter : les rideaux ne sont pas occultants (comme dans la plupart des auberges, ce n'est pas un problème selon moi), et le personnel parle très peu anglais mais restent ouverts à la communication. Point négatif sur la salle commune où je ne me suis pas sentie hyper en sécurité, donc je n'y suis tout simplement pas restée.

The vibes are a bit off although it's doable. The kitchen could be cleaner and better

Very kind and accommodating staff. The beds and showers were fine. Not really a social hostel, but I prefer things more quiet. Also about 15 minutes walking from old town and 25 minutes from the bus/train station

The seemingly manager has unresolved issues he uses in his leadership. It’s best to not stay there much but use it as a place to sleep only. Otherwise it could be problematic

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything in the bathroom and kitchen is working well. The only disadvantage is that the room smells a bit like old sweat. I’m not sure if it’s in the air or in the bed sheet.

Tolle Lage, nette Leute, sehr gemischt. Traveller jeden Alters, aber auch Leute die hier zu wohnen scheinen. Zimmer war sehr ruhig und angenehm. 2 Duschen und Klos ist nicht übermäßig viel aber okay, es ging sich aus.
