I wanted to change rooms to a single one and they put me in the room that the reception girls have. Dirt everywhere, even on the sheets. All this for an extremely expensive price for Bali. I felt cheated
This property looked abandoned, we ended up leaving after the first night as it was so bad. When we arrived there was no one to check us in and the hostel was under a different name (crystal beach) we later went to look around to find the hotel in complete neglect. The pool was abandoned and unusable and many other aspects were neglected and unusable. We had bugs falling from the sealing onto our beds as well as the included breakfast being having to cook your own eggs and toast.
Awesome place, the location is a lil bit out of town, which is no fault of theirs, not a really social place but heaps of potential
If your looking for a peaceful and calm place this is perfect ! The view on the ocean is amazing, the staff is nice, it’s a real hidden gem, I loved this place! You can’t do much on foot so you need to rent a scooter or get a taxi and it is not a party place, but if you want to relax this is amazing :)
