- Tôi nhận phòng 311 và phòng rất hôi - anh bảo vệ đã phải giúp tôi xịt mùi và mở quạt, máy lạnh cho bớt mùi. 530 sáng thì ngay trên tầng trên ks chạy máy rất ồn đến gần 7h sáng và chính NV ksan cũng nghe nhưng ko làm gì đc để tắt. Đổi phòng qua phòng 210 - từ việc trả tiền cho căn phòng có ban công qua phòng chỉ có cửa sổ, tôi ko nhận được 1 lời xin lỗi nào như thể vì tôi yêu cầu đổi phòng vô lý. Bữa đầu tôi thử ăn sáng lúc 9am cũng là bữa cuối dù tôi ở 3 đêm, ly tách bẩn và tôi phải đưa lại cho nhân viên xem, bánh ỉu và nhìn rất tệ... 3 ngày ở tôi thật sự ko hiểu tại sao tệ như vậy dù tôi chỉ yêu cầu căn bản yên tĩnh sạch sẽ, coi như vừa giá tầm trung 1tr3 1 đêm Tôi đã ở đó và yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn cho tôi ngay từ ngày đầu, nhân viên nhận thông tin và đến thời điểm tôi check out, về lại HCM thì ksan nhắn chỉ xuất được khách lẻ vì tôi book qua booking.com, không hề trao đổi gì trong suot tgian tôi ở đó hay tin nhắn tôi đã yêu cầu qua booking van báo okie - điều này chưa từng xảy ra với tất cả ksan tôi ở ở đà nẵng. Tôi tự hỏi đây là một cơ sở có trốn thuế không? Tôi thật sự không hiểu tại sao tôi lại có trải nghiệm tệ như vậy!!

- Die Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Für 2 Nächte habe ich über 30€ bezahlt. Sonst findet man auch schonmal tolle hostels für nur 5€ die Nacht. Aber weil die Bilder so über die Maße toll waren, habe ich gebucht. In echt hat man Schwierigkeiten, die Parallelen zu finden. Anstatt ein hübsches, helles Zimmer zu bekommen, lande ich in einer dunklen Kammer ohne Fenster. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind viel zu hart. Und das hat nichts mit ‚Vorliebe‘ zu tun. Dieser Härtegrad ist, denke ich, für keinen Rücken gut. Es hat geregnet und somit gab es keinen Aufenthaltsraum mehr, weil dieser kein Dach hat und alles nass war. Die Menschen sitzen hier anonym in Ecken und es entsteht kein Gespräch. Das Personal wirkte ganz nett und die Lage ist auch gut. Ich ärger mich und würde hier nicht nochmal buchen.

+ Понравилось что смогли оставить вещи до заселения . И в день отъезда нам дали возможность сохранить вещи до отъезда в аэропорт

- 1) у нас была ранняя экскурсия, пришли к началу завтрака, спросили можно ли нас взять завтрак с собой. Получили утвердительный ответ. Спросили контейнер, они сказали что у них нет, мы спросили во что можно упаковать ? Они ответили спросите в магазине. Ок . Спросили в магазине пакет, начали делать сендвичи с собой и брать еду . К нам подошла та же девушка и сказала что мы можем поесть внутри. Мы сказали ок, но у нас экскурсия и мы берем с собой. На что она достает переводчик и говорит что с собой еду выносить запрещено! Мы были в шоке, тк 5 минут назад спросили у неё с ПЕРЕВОДЧИКОМ и она сказала да! Спросили про контейнеры , она сказала их нет. Зачем нам контейнеры , если можно есть только внутри?! Неясно В номерах очень пахнет канализацией , находится невозможно . Сантехника «разговаривает, воет»

- I received 2 WhatsApp fraud messages asking for booking confirmation and credit card info providing my exact dates and booking reference. Their data base is compromised! The staff is not very professional, there is a lot of miscommunication and language barrier difficulties.

+ Liked the quiet environment of the hotel with clean rooms.

- The rooms have a repulsive stink of unclean drainage near the sinks and the bathrooms do not have proper shower facilities. You have to step in a raised bathtub and use the telephone shower as the main one.

+ It's truly a wonderful place, very close to the city center, I had a great trip here.

+ The staff were amazing and accommodating. Facilities were good/clean - only thing I would say is that the sinks in my room would easily clog up/fill with water when using the tap. The security guard that works there is very nice and helped me with luggage to my room. There was also a mix up with my laundry and received another room's clothing but they quickly sorted it out :) I would stay here again.

+ L’hotel està molt bé. Les instal•lacions són noves. Les habitacions agradables però el llit molt dur. El desdejuni molt complet i boníssim. La piscina xicoteta però refrescant.
