Awful customer service. Was told on the day that they have moved us to an entirely different hostel without explanation. Different location. When we naturally expressed that we were not happy with this, were told, cancel then and find somewhere else. Very rude.
Thanks for allowing me to stay. I enjoyed my time here. Very budget which is what it is intended to be. Just a bed for the evening. Rooms are quite narrow which meant not much ability to move around, tis all. Appreciated. Regards. Josh
Da wir erst um 4 Uhr in Bogotá landeten,warteten wir bis die Rezeption offen war, da mir der Besitzer trotz mehrfacher Anfrage den Code für das Betreten nicht zusendete. Als wir ankamen, war immer noch niemand dort, der uns wirklich weiterhelfen konnte, weshalb wir auf dem Sofa geschlafen haben. Als wir Stunden später endlich unser Zimmer betreten durften, war es komplett ein anderes, wie reserviert und auch nicht wirklich sauber. Sehr schade, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war äusserst li...
When we landed in Bogotá at 4 am,we waited until the reception was open, as the owner did not send me the code for entering despite repeated requests.When we arrived, there was still no one there who could really help us, so we slept on the sofa.When we finally dared to enter our room hours later, it was another one, like reserved and not really clean either.Sehr schade, the Staff at the reception was äusserst lieb!
