+ La ubicación era lo único bueno, sin embargo, hay otros hostels en el área con mejor precio y prestaciones
- No puedo creer que booking todavía los deje funcionar. El lugar donde estuvimos no era el de las fotos, era chico, incómodo, sucio, el frío era excesivo, el colchón súper fino, no había agua caliente ni jabón en el baño. Se notaba que no limpiaban el lugar hacía mucho tiempo. Al personal lo vimos solo para darnos las llaves y después dejarlas, cero atención. El espacio común parecía un depósito.
The location was the only good thing, however, there are other hostels in the area with better price and features I can't believe booking still lets them work. the place we were in wasn't the one in the photos, it was chilly, uncomfortable, dirty, the cold was excessive, the mattress super thin, there was no hot water or soap in the bathroom. it was noticeable that they hadn't cleaned the place in a long time. we only came to the staff to give us the keys and then leave them, zero attention. the...

- The pods are providing zero noise reduction, the mattrace is extremely thin making it uncomfortable for a 50kg Person, the pod has light coming in from the outside and insight light that can not be turned off.

- Galaxy Pods teilweise nicht sauber, insbesondere die Sanitären Einrichtungen. Auch der Komfort des Pods lässt zu wünschen übrig (Matratze hatte eine Stärke von 4 cm, wir hatten nach jeder Nacht das Gefühl direkt auf dem Boden geschlafen zu haben und hatten Schmerzen an der Hüfte vom liegen. Der Spind war für 2 Personen zu klein, sodass lediglich die Wertsachen dort aufbewahrt werden konnten.
Location right in Chinatown and near the MRT; Staff were friendly Galaxy Pods were sometimes not clean, especially the Sanitary Facilities. also the comfort of the Pods leaves much to be desired (Mattress had a thickness of 4 cm, we had the feeling after every night of having slept directly on the floor and had hip pain from lying down. the locker was too small for 2 people, so only the valuables could be stored there.

- garbages full in common areas, shower faucet leaking constantly in one of the shabby washrooms. big minus , aircondtioner outside my cubcle leaking profusely down the wall and completely saturated my shoes that i left outside. when pointed out to the only staff member, no interest at all. someting along the lines, OH DID NOT NOTICE THE LEAK.

- AWFUL, DO NOT COME HERE!!! I FELT SO UNSAFE AS A SOLO FEMALE AND IT WAS DIGUSTING AND SMELT SO BAD.

- El enchufe a veces cortocircuita. La taquilla no cerraba con llave. Cogimos una capsula doble y no teniamos taquilla para los dos, solo entraba una maleta. LOS BAÑOS SON UN ASCO. Solo hay 4 baños con la ducha EN EL MISMO COMPARTIMENTO. Un asco. Debajo del edificio hay un karaoke que hace que retumbe toda el edificio. IMPOSIBLE DESCANSAR.
The location The plug sometimes shorted. The locker didn't lock with a key. We took a double capsule and we didn't have a locker for the two of us, only a suitcase went in. THE BATHROOMS ARE A BACK. There are only 4 bathrooms with shower in the SAME COMPACT. A BACK. Under the building is a karaoke that makes the whole building ring.

- Capsules are like cheap plastic box! Literally no sound prove. No sleep all night since someone is making some noise. Even staff ladies at reception were chatting with loud sound on video call at 2 a.m at night 🤷♂️ Another thing that double capsule ir really uncomfortable for two people- i couldnt stretch my legs fully even through i am 178 cm 😁 Maybe for asians are ok 🤷♂️ And the last- price. 60€/night is too much campares what you can find in the city

- Die Klimaanlage ist auf super kalt eingestellt, selbst mit Pulli und langer Hose habe ich gefroren (und hab auch so geschlafen). Die Matratze war bei meiner Ankunft feucht, vermutlich weil die Kapseln immer geschlossen sind. Ich wollte meine Kapsel über Nacht offen lassen damit Luft zirkuliert aber man kann allen ernstes das Licht im Raum nicht ausschalten und das blendet in die Kapsel rein. Außerdem wird der Raum videoüberwacht (WTF, die filmen einen einfach in seiner Privatsphäre!). Dusche und Toilette ist zusammen in einem kleinen Raum, der Boden in der Toilette ist also immer nass.
The air conditioning is set to super cold, even with a sweater and longer pants i have frozen (and also slept like this). the mattress was wet when i arrived, probably because the capsules are always closed. i wanted to leave my capsule open overnight so that air circulates but you can't seriously turn off the light in the room and it blends into the capsule. in addition, the room is video monitored (wTF, they are filming you just in his privacy!). shower and toilet is together in a small room, ...

+ Cheap accommodation in a great central location in Chinatown. Pods were private with complete closing door with minimal sound passthrough. Had showers and toilets to freshen up.
- Bathrooms and showers small and cramped. No controller for lounge aircon. Had to find a staff member to turn on Pods creak with movement so lower pods get a lot of noise when occupants of the pod above moves.

+ Location was excellent, very close to two MRT lines. You have more privacy than in a regular dorm. The door of the pod locks so you can leave stuff there.
- I mean it’s an affordable option and you get what you pay for. However, there are things that should be done better. Both the overall cleanliness and maintenance of bathrooms could be improved on. The mattress is extremely thin and the pods feel quite flimsy. There are charging ports inside but they didin’t work well enough to charge a phone. There is a charging station outside the pod.

Marina bay is just a small walk away and it was an experience to see chinatown Pods had some level of security Tv in pods Aircondition made it cold enough to sleep Pods seemed fairly clean Free water Not too many pods in the same room, so the noise was bearable compared to other capsule hotels I have been to.
- Bigger bags have to be left out in the open with only cameras as security. The provided lockers are fairly small. Toilet and shower is in the same room. And dirty Everything outside the pods seemed a little run down

- Unclean facilities, staff never replenished the hand towels, ants in the beds, pods falling apart, no a/c in the “premium” pods, no charging ports inside the pods, creepy guests bothering other patrons, toilets that can’t flush toilet paper IN shower rooms.
+ The beds are clean and comfortable. They give you a locker that you can open and lock with your keycard. Beds also locked too. Very safe. Free tea, coffee and water provided.
- The bathrooms were very very small and had shower and toilet very close together. The building itself was a little bit smelly.
