Cuidado con esté camping. Es itinerante, es decir que los serivicios (baños, recepción, instalaciones) no son fijas ni tienen el tamaño y la cantidad suficiente para atender a los cientos de huespedes. Es un camping de bajisima calidad. Tremendamente incomodo. No hay lugares suficientes para cargar los mobiles, no hay lugares con opciones para comer o comprar algo, está lejisimo del centro y del predio del oktoberfest. Poor management. We were woken up at 1am by one of the employees with no warning. They just came in to put someone in our tent. Won't come back.
I got fined an extra service fee of $175 for an act that I did not do. When you check out of the hostel, which I did, the festanation team NEEDS to do an inspection with the member of the tent. Since I left and the inspection was done after I left, the fee of $175 was irreversible and indisputable. I feel like the $175 was fabricated by either the team or another member of the camping community to scam me. There was nothing I could have done and the hostel team could have avoided the incident.
Yes, the staff are very nice people, but they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. My mattress was completely deflated multiple times and I ended up sleeping on the floor despite telling them about the problem. There was supposed to be an Oktoberfest tour and for some reason the only day I could go there wasn't and no one could even tell me if it was going to happen or not. I didn't expect much but I got nothing.
Please provide WIFI on the tent camp. When I checked on check in that wifi is not available, although mentioned when booking. The reply was we said there is wifi on checkin, we didn’t say that wifi covers all camp. I needed internet so i had to stay more than 2 hours sitting outside next to checkin to finish something important.
The security at the door is good, but then inside is bad like music so loud and people tried to open my tent when i was inside. After 2pm the uber cost around 50-100€ so have to catch the train which isnt simple at allll!! The staff was helpfull and really great regard the fun times but few are judgy and uncomfortable to be around. People were so loud at night and the tents are so close to each that you can hear everything, and the loud music. Tent was smelly and insects inside that freaked me...

You know what you’re getting but still feels incredibly cramped and loud. I would spend a little extra for another option if you can!
it was a great concept, but the showers didn't always have warm water and my air mattress deflated two nights in a row even after getting it replaced. If you get so drunk that nothing will wake you up this is a great site but if not I hope you're prepared to be woken up by people puking throughout the night.
Santäranlagen so lala wäre schön wen die wärend dieser Zeit mehr gereingt werden! Für den stolzen Tagespreis von 50.- min.pro Fz Da es vorher geregnet hat war der Platz ziemlich sumpfig ! Können die Betreiber nix darüf.

Estuve en una carpa pequeña, solo era incómoda para vestirse, no pasé nada de frío, los sacos son bastante gruesos y si tienes frío te prestan mantas y botellas de agua caliente. La tiendas de campaña eran la atípicas de quechua por un precio bastante desorbitado teniendo en cuenta que estabamos a unas temperaturas bastante frías con una tela que nos separaba del temporal e incluso lluvia. It's been my 5th year going to Oktoberfest and I stayed at Festination each year because it's the most affordable as well as the best way to make friends as a solo traveller. The staff are always friendly and are great tour guides who take a group of you from your campsite into Oktoberfest. I had a great interaction with every single one of the staff but I'm also terrible with names and was drunk most of the time so I can't name them all. Had an amazing time at an affordable price. Def worth checking out. Beds were comfy and got a great night sleep plus such a fun night with everyone. Huge shout out to Alessandro, Annika and Carlos who made the experience awesome!
It was an amazing experience. The people there are absolutely amazing. The workers like Paris and tamil at reception were delightful. So helpful in every way possible and they just transmitted such a good vibe. At the bar, top bartenders Ronny and Joshua! We loveeeeee them. They are so loving and chill. 100% recommend. This campsite was better than actual Oktoberfest!

Staying at FESTANATION CAMP 2 was sick! I had lots of fun in there! The crew is just the best! Hands up to Laís, who helped me with my setting up. She was really kind and helpful.
The best place to be on the weekend for Oktoberfest! The after party is so much!!!!

I love this place, everything was so funny. They had a lot of activities, dancing classes, drinking games, a bar, the breakfast was so delicious and the bathrooms very clean. I would definetly come again, the staff was lovely, specially Jamal the Mexican guy in reception with pink benie. See you next year definitely!!!!!
Great option for accommodation during the Oktoberfest. The tents, mattresses and sleeping bags were clean and in good shape. The personnel were helpful, especially Jhohan, who was always welcoming and friendly to everyone!
