- La política de cobrar el 100 por cancelar y no presentar información que advierta el posible cargo total al momento de reservar.

+ Muy bonitas y cómodas las instalaciones, súper bien que estén separadas las regaderas y los baños. La cocina súper bien equipada y el personal amable

- Las regaderas olían mucho a cañería, estaría bien que revisaran antes de hospedar a los huéspedes qué tipo de persona instalan ya que en mi habitación habían dos tipos que llegaban siempre súper drogados a la habitación, se me perdieron unos Audífonos y mi cargador del celular por lo cual deberían de tomar acciones en cuanto se hace reporte de las condiciones en las que llegan algunos huéspedes ya que fue después muy incómodo e inseguro compartir habitación con ellos

- extrêmement bruyant (route) il faudrait des fenêtres isolantes. Personne dans l'auberge quand j'y étais, donc l'ambiance bof

+ The staff were great!

- The doors are like a prison. They're secure (great) but they also sound like a prison. No matter how careful you open and close every door sounds like a horror movie followed by a prison slam. With 8 people sharing a room? Impossible to sleep.

+ Hostel is new, so everything is in good condition. Beds are comfy, and plenty of room to sit up on lower bunks even if you're tall.

- This hostel is in the beginning of a steep learning curve that hostels don't run like Airbnbs. They have very limited check-in hours, charge a high deposit, and there is nothing social happening. Also, on weekends the kids of the property owners are often on site watching TV in the common area, so that was a bit of a surprise for a hostel environment.

+ The hostel is comfortable and modern. The rooftop was very nice with plenty of comfortable spots to lie and relax watching the busy street. Shower rooms were also fantastic with plenty of space and privacy. Dormes have a ceiling fan and beds had curtains, outlets and light. The place is very secure and you get a key with magnet to the entrance, your room and even to the bathrooms so no one else has access (men & women each to their own). Kitchen & drinking water. There's a light train station just at the door. Convinient to explore other parts and arrive from bus station. With all the suggestions to improvement below, in the end I stayed a few more nights and chose it over any other option so really recommended.

- The hostel is giod and these are only recommendations to improve. No big issues: They do offer a fruit, bread, butter, jam and coffee. I'd suggest booking made a "snack" category as you can't really call it breakfast. To me it wasn't worth getting up. For cleanliness I'd give it 7 out of 10, which means it can improve with a little bit more cleaning at rooms and bathrooms. What really get them kess points are the towels which have some dirty spots even though they were washed, but still - unpleasant. I enjoyed my time and had plenty of privacy as there were few guests. I didn't like the staff touching my food and replacing the bag etc. wothout asking first. Especially when there was plenty of room and only 3 guests. Also, the rooftop felt a bit dominated by the staff occupying the kitchen and the facilities for themselves. Showers (which are beautiful) need more pressure. Lockers could be a bit bigger. My bag didn't fit in. Till 10pm I could feel the trains underneath causing a little shake and during the night you could hear the busy streets. I was fine with it, but just to mention if you're sensitive.

+ La cercania para desplazarme dentro del centro de guadalajara, el edificio tiene seguridad, la habitación estaba limpia, áreas comunes limpias y el personal muy amable

+ La ubicación es privilegiada para andar o tomar transporte hacia varios destinos de la ciudad. Las instalaciones son relativamente recientes por lo que es agradable el estar

+ El personal fue muy amable, atento, divertido... todos eran muy agradables; Tituan, Sensei, Damian y Adriana.... lo pase increible en su compañía!!! A pesar que llegue muy tarde a mi reservación (pasadas las 11pm) Tituan (francés) me recibió, abrió la puerta (yo estaba asustada porque marcaba check in 9pm o algo similar, pero mi bus se retrasó dos horas y me extravié en el tren, y me dijeron que estaba algo inseguro para estar en la calle sola). Además me explico todo muy bien a pear de no hablar perfecto español; tarjeta, como abrir puerta, llave para locker de cosas importantes, baños, fregaderas, donde y a que hora el desayuno. La segunda noche solo reserve y no pague de manera automatica, pero no me percate,... los chicos fueron pacientes y nada groseros... vallan a este hostal... 2. CORTINAS EN LAS CAMAS!!!

- Creo que el desayuno es muy sencillo. Esta bien para el precio,, pero sugiero ofrecer una proteina pequeña; quiza un huevito cocido, Leche para el café. no es que tiene que ser algo caro,,, solo abrir la opcion.

+ TODO ESTUVO BIEN, SOLO QUE EN EL MOMENTO DE LA COMPRA DECIA QUE ERA COMPRATIR HABITACION CON UNA PEERSONA MAS, Y AL FINAL ERA UNA HABITACION CON 3 LITERAS; ES DECIR ERA PARA 6 PERSONAS. LO BUENO FUE QUE AL FINAL NO SE OCUPO POR NADIE MAS Y ESTUVE SOLA EN LA HABITACION. CON UNA PERSONA MAS NO TENDRIA PROBLEMA PERO CON 5 MAS, QUIZA SI ME HUBIERA SENTIDO UN POCO INCOMODA. NO ESTOY ACOSTUMBRADA, NO HABIA ESTADO EN UN HOSTAL ANTES. NO CONOCIA EL CONCEPTO. PERO POR EL PRECIO ESTA BIEN.
