Refund takes so long

This hostel had a terrible humidity problem. Our clothes didn’t dry because of it and we’re getting smelly. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and the shower barely worked. The place was too small to walk. On top of that, there was no toilet paper provided, and the room was not cleaned. We stayed for 8 days so we asked multiple times to clean it. They always said the would do it, but never really do it. The bins in the toilet were getting full and the toilet leaked what makes it very discus...

Bed was really thin so you feel the wood under the matras. There where rats scratching the roof all night and even in de kitchen. One of the two toilets doesn’t have a toilet seat. Last time I walked into the bathroom a cockroach jumped on my neck. The location isn’t bad but the road to it is. If you are going to be out the whole day it isn’t as bad. Had my helmet hanging outside and it got stolen too so keep that with you.
