- Самый худший отель, в котором мы останавливались ! Шумоизоляции нет вообще, такое чувство, что окна открыты и мы спим на улице. Персонал, лживый, говорит одно, делает совершенно другое! Мы его забронировали из-за парковки, в которую помещается разве что мопед

- Oda çok küçük, basık ve rahatsız edici. Yataklar çok sert. Kahvaltıdaki tabaklar kokuyor ve yediğiniz her şeye bu koku geçiyor. Bu otel 2 yıldız eder nasıl 4 yıldız aldığını bilmiyorum. Daha sık kontrol olmalı.
+ This place is an absolute FRAUD and a dump. There is nothing to like at all
- This hotel shows you a nice room but they give you a garbage can that is old and damp. The room smelled of smoke because someone nearby was smoking. The beds are old, the walls are dirty, they cram three beds into a small space. I specifically asked for a queen and a twin as shown and they gave me a hideous cramped room. We left immediately. They of course only show you their “nicer” rooms but what you get is a damp basement.
+ Nothing. The receptionist don't allowed me entering the room as my wife is from Pakistan. Me and her presented ID as requested and then the racist receptionist started asking her Permit of Stay. That's not mandatory and not acceptable. Of course my day was ruined and felt totally embarrassed in respect of my poor wife.
- Rude people, with absurd request. We are 32 yo. I'm using hotel 30% of my life because of work, so I know about ID and passports.. Never happened such a thing like this. The receptionist don't allowed me entering the room as my wife is from Pakistan. Me and her presented ID as requested and then the racist receptionist started asking her Permit of Stay, my wife doesn't need any permit of stay and That's not mandatory and not acceptable and offensive . Of course my day was ruined and felt totally embarrassed in respect of my poor wife. They refuse to give me back money even we were not allowed to enter. poor clowns.

+ La posizione
- Praticamente tutto. Ho dovuto pagare in anticipo anche prima della data di cancellazione gratuita (in altre nazioni come la Spagna non è così) all'arrivo mi è stata assegnata una camera piccola, vetusta e priva totalmente di prese elettriche se non trovarle dopo una lunga caccia al tesoro dietro alla tv.... Imbarazzante!!! Per non parlare dell'armadio e dei comodini veramente anacronistici, mancavano il secchio per gettare i rifiuti e il set di cortesia che stranamente le addette di pulizia avevano ma non per la mia camera. In sintesi una camera doppia?! Nooo... per la servitù!!! Dopo averVi contattato diverse volte, all'improvviso, dopo due notti, sono stato chiamato da una ragazza, Gabriella, molto cortese che mi ha offerto di cambiare finalmente la mia doppia con una diversa e dopo aver preso visione di due opzioni ho scelto la camera numero 224 (la prima era la sei) una doppia che finalmente si presentava degna e ristrutturata completamente. Inoltre la signora Gabriella mi ha offerto due buoni per due drink. A questo punto mi è sembrato corretto avvisarvi e ringraziarvi anche se senza la mia determinazione avrei passato l'intero soggiorno nella terribile camera numero sei ma ho chiesto a livello di cortesia (dopo aver ricevuto un trattamento a dir poco imbarazzante) di fare il ceck out ritardato di un paio d'ore (alle 14,00 invece delle 12,00.... Non mi sembrava una richiesta assurda... Vista l'accoglienza ricevuta e la mancanza di risolvere la problematica in loco). Anche qui ho scontato una disorganizzazione da parte Vostra nel rispondermi prontamente anzi ho dovuto sollecitare sempre per avere una risposta definitiva che consisteva in sintesi cosi: la struttura se avrà la stanza disponibile potrà assecondare la mia richiesta.

- BRÓD w pokoju i łazience, hałas z budowy - dach hotelu w remoncie, zniszczone rzeczy, wąskie korytarze na których można się zgubić, winda nie dojeżdża na wszystkie piętra (czy też może półpiętra), śniadania mogłyby być lepsze. „SPA” czyli sauna i jacuzzi dodatkowo płatne, ale patrząc na „czystość” w pokoju i łazience bałabym się tam pójść. Reklamacja została złożona poprzez booking, zero odzewu hotelu.

- Hotel buchte einfach Geld von Kreditkarte ab! Ohne Rechnung und ohne Hinweiß wurde uns unterstellt wir hätten einen Vorhang beschädigt. Katastrophe !!!
+ Snídaně jsou velmi dobré, umístění hotelu velmi dobré
- Velikost pokoje, úložné prostory nevyhovující pro dvě dospělé osoby

This is not just a hostel. It is a home. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed as if you were just away for a while and now youre back. Everyone is nice and helpful. They have events happening all day with other hostels in town and easy to make friends. Prices for everything (food, drinks, laundry are very reasonable). Just take care there is no elevator but im sure someone could help you carry your luggage because everyone is simply that nice. Shoutout to Francesco and Zoe ❤️
Good vibes I had fun
BEST HOSTEL EVER! As others have said, it is 100% a social hostel and is wonderful for solo travellers. Amazing partying AND fun daytime activities. I was slightly worried about the noise level at a hostel like this, but it wasn't a problem for me at all. Everyone who was in my room was very respectful and kind. I was the only female guest at one point, but I felt super safe (there was always female staff around anyway). Speaking of the staff, they are AMAZING - shoutout to Nati, Kate, and Nate.
I dont usually go back to the same place, but I hope to go back to this hostel sometime soon! was definitely one of my favorites
Decent hostel with great, friendly staff that clearly make a great community. the kind of hostel you could easily stay at for weeks. I stayed in the 8 bed mixed dorm, and it should be noted that only some of the beds have a curtain on, and most are just normal single beds. and because of where the toilet is, you could get super unlucky and havepeople walking past your head whenever they go to the bathroom. but otherwise decent. the lockers needa padlock to use.
I really enjoyed my stay here; it's super social, and the staff is great. If you want to meet a bunch of people and go out with a group, this is definitely the place to stay. You will make so many great memories! Just in being a social hostel, some people weren't the cleanest, and it wasn't the quietest, but I honestly didn't have that much of a problem with it.
I had such a great time at this hostel! I was solo traveling so it was really nice that I could go on my own or choose to have numerous events with the people I met! Some of the most fun I’ve had and most fun people I’ve met at this hostel which made for a great time. Aino, Laurens, Jose, and Marius made it such a great time for us! Every time I said I wouldn’t go out, I had fomo and caved in. Definitely very social hostel and 10/10!!!
The Madhouse exceeded all my expectations! As a solo traveler, it was the perfect spot to meet people. Between the family dinners and the nightly pub crawls, there’s never a dull moment. The team is fantastic and they keep the place impressively clean and well-run for such a social hostel. If you want the ultimate party hostel experience, look no further!
Guys, BOOK IT. I just came back from Prague and I can say that I had the time of my life and part of that was because of this hostel! The volunteers and all the people that work there are very accommodating, friendly and it actually shows that they enjoy what they do. I cannot fault it in any way!
Great spot, one of the best hostels I have ever been in. Very cozy and social. I don’t love only having one bathroom in the dorms but there isn’t space for a bathroom hall so it’s understandable
The tram that goes outside is shaking the hostel when you are in bed. I had a bad experience one night, where one guest under me had sex with someone at 5am at night when i was in my bed trying to sleep. I ask them to stop and be quiet, but no. The reception is not open 24/7, so it was no one to get help from. Next day i told the receptionist about it, and he said this is normal in hostel. NO its not! bad attitude from him. In hostel you shud care about other guest and be quit at night.NO sex
An awesome, clean, and cozy place for folks looking to meet fun people, party, sleep a little, and have crazy nights. I checked out of this hostel with a gallery full of unforgettable memories after spending three nights there.

This was the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. This was by far the most social. Madhouse had group dinners, activities, and bar crawls [Pub Golf!!] that made it so easy to meet people. I had some of the most memorable and fun times here! Don’t hesitate book this one!! The staff is super nice and fun. The people that stay there were solid. Made some great friends. It’s near everything. The bars, food, and the castle. Go here!!
The place is close to the center and well connected, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The cleanliness is good but could be improved, and the only negative point is the people you might end up with. In my case, I was in a room with a group of drunk guys, shouting and vomiting, not letting the others rest. The bad thing is that at night there's no one to stop them, but it's a lottery; if you're lucky with your roommates, it's a good place to stay.
A great hostel to stay!!! I had much fun with the activities provided by the great staff ;) The hostel is located in the centrum, and that makes going out great!
The best hostel I’ve stayed in so far , the staff were so great and genuinely looked like they loved their job , the rooms were great , the beds had curtains and a clean shower / toilet in the room , they do drinking games every night and I loved meeting everyone , you can buy cheap bottles of beer in the hostel too , overall a phenomenal hostel , I will be using madhouse again

This is actually the best hostel I have ever stayed at. It was such a good vibe, the people are so friendly, the rooms are pretty nice as well, and the staff is incredible. They truly seem to care that the people staying in the hostel are having a great time and the events organized are so fun.
