- I could not stay in the room that booked and paid, the room was not available and we checked in to a single small room. And paid for double room cash.

- I reserved this hotel one night in advance and received a confirmation message. I came from the airport by taxi feeling relaxed because I had a confirmed reservation. When I arrived, I spoke in English and said that I had a reservation. As soon as the receptionist realized that I was a foreigner, he told me that my reservation had been cancelled and that they had sent me a message. However, I never received any cancellation message, and it was clear to me that this was not true. I explained that this was not fair because I had just come all the way from the airport to the hotel based on my confirmed booking, and now they were telling me there was no room available. I said I would leave and find another hotel. But when I was about to walk out, he suddenly told me that they actually had one room available — but it was more expensive. When I asked for the price, it was exactly double the amount I had originally reserved. Because I was tired after a long journey and it was late, I had no choice but to accept and pay the double price. It was a very bad experience, and I felt really upset and taken advantage of.

- Otelin nasıl 3 yıldız aldığını ve 8.2 puanlı olduğunu hiç anlayamadım. Büyük bir hayal kırıklığı. Misafirlerime mahçup oldum. Odaların temizliği çok şüpheli, yorgan sararmış durumda ve yorgan kılıfı yırtık. Yatak başlığında kocaman bir leke var. Banyodaki evye ve duş oldukça kirli. Yalıtım berbat gecenin bir saati sesler dolayısıyla uykunuz bölünebilir. Otelin dördüncü katında inanılmaz bir fan gürültüsü mevcut. Resepsiyon belli bir süre sonra duracak yalanını söylemesine rağmen sabaha kadar yaklaşık 60db gürültü ile uyumaya çalışmak zorunda kaldık. Odalar klostrofobik pencereyi açtığınızda ışık yerine yaklaşık 3 metre mesafedeki binanın duvarını yada yangın merdivenini görüyorsunuz. Otelin booking sayfasında kredi kartıyla ödeme seçeneği yazıyorken post makinesi bozuk bahanesiyle kredi kartı ile ödeme seçeneği sunulmadı. Booking rezervasyonum mevcut iken check-in'i akşam saatlerinde yapacağım için önden kapora atmamı istedi.

+ Very pathetic service and threatening customers

- I regret to share that my experience at Istanbul FAIR Hotel was deeply disappointing and distressing. Upon arrival, I was provided a room that did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The bedsheets and blankets were visibly unclean, the room lacked essential amenities such as drinking water and tea, and the overall condition was unsanitary, with garbage present and dust accumulation throughout. Despite having booked a clean and well-maintained room, my request for housekeeping and room change was not only denied but met with hostility. At approximately 10 PM, I was pressured to remain in the same room, and when I expressed my intention to leave and requested a refund, the staff refused and responded with threats, including involving the police. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling. The conduct of the hotel staff was unacceptable, and their treatment of guests raises serious concerns about safety and ethics. Based on my experience, I strongly advise fellow travelers to exercise caution and consider alternative accommodations. Hospitality should be rooted in respect, cleanliness, and service—none of which were present during my stay.

- NIMIC, HOTEL DE PROSTITUATE, LENJERIA CU URME DE URINA, ARSA DE ȚIGARĂ, MIROS DE ȚIGARĂ, ȘAMPOANE MICI DE HOTEL DAR JUMĂTATE FOLOSITE, MIZERIE, PROSTITUATE LA PARTER, BĂRBAȚII DE PE ETAJUL NOSTRU CARE ISI AȘTEPTAU PROBABIL PROSTITUATA, CÂND AUZEA LIFTUL, DESCHIDEAU UȘA, ȘI CU BUSTUL GOL, ESTE HOTEL DE PROSTITUATE ȘI ATAT !!!

- Pas de restaurant pas d'équipements pour faire du thé du café

- Camera poco insonorizzata e lontano dal centro

+ I raga della reception sono molto disponibili

- Molto lontano dal centro, circa un ora di metro. Inoltre molto difficile da trovare la prima volta, perché google maps ti porta da un altra parte

+ Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner compris dans l'établissement. Hôtel très bon rapport qualités et prix. Personnel très serviable, à l'écoute de nos demandes et qui ont fait le nécessaire pour satisfaire. Le personnel est présent dès que on a besoin de eux, social et respectueux. J'ai séjourné 1 semaine chez eux, je n'est eu aucun soucis, je me suis sentit à l'aise et en sécurité. Le personnel à la réception sont très respectueux et professionnel 10/10. J'insiste sur le respect et la politesse

- Manque d'équipement dans les chambres, tuyaut de douche, bouilloire, réapprovisionnement d'eau.
