MEININGER Paris Porte de Vincennes

- Nos dejamos una muñeca de mi hija en la habitación cuando hicimos el check out, nos dimos cuenta dos horas después y llamamos al hotel, les dijimos incluso en que lugar de la habitación estaba la muñeca. Nos dijeron que tenian el servicio de limpieza externalizado y que buscaramos en una web donde colgaban los objetos encontrados pero que podian tardar un par de dias en aparecer. Fuimos mirando y no aparecia, volvimos a llamar y nos dijeron que les mandaramos un mail y así lo hicimos. La respuesta fue redirigirnos tota web a la web. Han pasado 3 semanas y la muñeca nunca ha aparecido. ¿Como es posible?

- Me intentaron estafar 3 veces con mensajes de texto del hotel pidiéndome seguir unos links y confirmar mi reserva. Incluso tenían mi número de reserva de booking y mis datos personales. No sé si esto es culpa del hotel o de booking, pero nunca más haré reservas de hotel en esta aplicación ni en este hotel. El hotel me respondió que no se harían cargo si algo pasaba. Booking ni siquiera me ofreció apoyo. Por suerte no caí, pero he perdido toda la confianza.

+ PAS OP!! BOEK HIER NIET!!! In dit hotel zit een datalek die al je gegevens doorstuurt naar derden die je creditcard en persoonsgegevens gebruiken! Ik ben opgelicht met mijn gezin van 6 personen. Hoe bizar ook maar ze wisten van de fraude af en ondanks dat waarschuwde niemand ons en is er tot drie keer toe het bedrag van de kamer betaald (1450 euro!). Zij houden zich van de “domme” en geven je een “gratis” ranzig ontbijt wat uiteraard niks oplost! Los daarvan is de kwaliteit om te huilen, je zit daar op je plek als je voor een tripje voedselvergiftiging gaat! Het bizarre is dat dit al bij meerdere personen is gebeurd en ze vervolgens niemand waarschuwen dat er een lek in hun systeem zit waarin al je persoonlijke gegevens gebruikt worden! De manager zegt dat dit een zeer bekent probleem is binnen dit hotel. Hoe dan?! Het zou mij niks verbazen als bij deze boevenbende een personeelslid fraude pleegt!! Dus nogmaals BOEK HIER NIET!!!!

- What disqualifies this hotel is the fact that my personal data were compromised, including my first name, last name, reservation date, reservation number, and the amount I paid. From what I was told at the reception, I am not the first victim and probably not the last. Three days before my arrival at the hotel, I received an SMS impersonating the hotel, which redirected me to a website deceptively similar to booking.com. The message contained all of the above-mentioned data and a request to provide my card number for “verification” purposes. This was an attempted fraud. This is the first time something like this has happened to me on booking.com. Fortunately, no fraud occurred, but when I reported the issue via email to [email protected] and [email protected] , I was completely ignored, as if nothing had happened. The reception staff also showed no concern. Therefore, if you do not want your personal data to be stolen and misused, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. As proof that I am telling the truth, I am attaching screenshots from my phone.

- La propreté de la chambre à l’arrivée, le ménage qui n’a pas été effectué malgré plusieurs demandes, ainsi que l’état général de la chambre qui ne correspondait pas aux standards attendus. La gestion des réclamations a également été décevante, avec un manque de considération face aux problèmes signalés.

- Chambre très bruyante avec une vitre qui laissait passé tout le bruit en provenance du périphérique. Matelas mous Draps tachés

+ Rien, puisque je n'ai pas séjourné cette nuit du 21 au 22 novembre. J'ai eu plusieurs communication téléphoniques et par mail, mais toutes mes demandes oont été refusées. En revanche le séjour du, 22 au 23 novembre à été parfait nous étions dans une chambre de trois (!) après avoir payé une chambre à quatre(?).

+ Buena atención, buen desayuno, buena atención de la persona encargada de recibirnos en el restaurante, siempre con una sonrisa agradable

- malheureusement en cas de vent le bâtiment fait du bruit, mais ce n'est la faute de personne

+ Très mauvais emplacement le long du Bld périphérique . Bâtiment austère , triste , très cher , mais propre et bien insonorisé .

+ Chambres propres et belles. Personnel très sympathique.

- Grand hitel donc un peu bruyant la nuit.

+ Personnels très polis, soucieux que l'on passe un bon séjour. Ovation pour la personne qui fait l'accueil au petit déjeuner, un vrai rayon de soleil !

- Trop chaud dans la chambre. Impossible de baisser le thermostat. Mais cela reste certainement à la marge.

- l'impossibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres: très anxiogène

+ La struttura e gli spazi che offre (ed. cucina comune, hall accogliente). Personale cortese, camera pulita, molto essenziale.

- Purtroppo l'hotel ospita molte scolaresche in gita. Entrambe le sere che siamo rimasti siamo dovuti scendere alla reception a chiedere di fermare le urla degli studenti o andare direttamente al piano superiore a parlare con i professori dei ragazzi che facevano tantissimo rumore, in orari non consoni. Non è stato piacevole.
