- Les photos et commentaires sont complètement différent des photos sur le sites. Cet établissement ne mérite pas d’être affiché sur vos services booking. Ça reste personnel

+ The location is convenient, and the replacement room provided later was better.

- The toilet in the original room was completely unusable, which is a serious issue. The problem was reported immediately after check-in, but it took many hours before any solution was provided, causing significant discomfort and stress. In addition, the listing stated that Wi-Fi was included. However, upon arrival, I was informed that only a very slow internet connection was provided, and that I would have to pay extra per day to access a faster network. The slow Wi-Fi was practically unusable and did not allow me to send photos or voice messages on WhatsApp, nor access essential applications such as banking apps or websites. This was extremely inconvenient and misleading compared to what was advertised.

+ Location is OK, and there is an elevator.

- If you have any problem whatsoever the staff will not help you, and if it benefits the hotel financially, will actively lie to you. My room had a major issue, either a cleaner had spilled detergent in there or all of the bedding had been soaked in fabric softener. I literally got a blocked nose being in there for thirty minutes. It was horrific. I went to the reception, by the way the manager immediately went on the defensive, refused to check the room to see what I'm talking about - even though it was a 1 minute elevator ride. His response amounted to 'not my problem'. I tried to sleep in the room but just couldnt. I was literally coughing. So I booked another hotel, and went to reception. (note I hadnt stayed the night yet, was maybe 2 hours into my booking). I had a 2nd conversation with the manager, in which he said "OK we refund you but maybe not the 1st night, will do our best". I said fine, charge me the first night and refund me the other 2, seeing as you dont want to fix the issue. I arrived at the next hotel and it was bliss, comparatively, being able to breathe in my room. Fast forward 4 weeks! The manager via message has completely gone back on his word, the hotel charged me for all three nights. Booking.com tried to intervene but they couldnt do anything. The real horrible thing here is that he lied, and didnt show any interest in the issue. This is my first negative booking.com review. By the way, the other hotel, round the corner, had far bigger rooms anyway. This place is a rip off lol.

+ La pulizia della stanza e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. La colazione mi ha soddisfatto e la posizione dell'albergo ottima per gli spostamenti (metro vicinissima)

+ Es exactamente a la entrada de la estación del metro de porte de bagnolet, ideal para moverse en metro.

+ Personnel was very polite & hospitable with me! 🙏🏻 View from the 5th floor room was beyond amazing! Especially from the bath room window (west side) 😍 Beds were comfortable, despite I preferred 2 single beds room with a view instead of ground floor room with king-size bed. And that was the right choice! 😎

- Obviously, the hotel needs renovation as the rooms inferior & furniture were dilapidated. The breakfast was very simple, with not a big choice.

+ Quartier proche place Gambetta. Accessible. Chambre refaite à neuf. Lit confortable. Lumières ok. Propre. Toutes les chambres sont sûrement comme cela.

- La chambre 1 est prévue pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant (ce que je n'avais pas demandé). Elle est au rez-de-chaussée, à côté de la réception, dont on entend les conversations à toute heure. Pas de fenêtre car un rideau occulte la vue sur la rue arrière, où passent motos, camions et piétons bruyants, donc juste contre le lit. Le métro passe en-dessous donc on l'entend vibrer, sauf entre 1h et 5h. On entend également tous les bruits de canalisations des autres chambres.

+ Proximité du cimetière Père Lachaise. Chambre petite. Salle de bains propre. Quartier populaire sans aucune crainte de sécurité. présence de commerces

- vu la surface de la chambre, il est difficile de changer la disposition des lits. Mettre une lampe au dessus du lavabo de la salle de bains.

+ Finding good accommodation at a good price in Paris seems very difficult, if not impossible. Well, this hotel manages to meet that goal in many ways: it is located in an area that is very easily accessible by public transport, with a metro entrance right next to the hotel. Just a few minutes’ walk away is Place Bagnolet, with all means of public transport available (bus, tram, taxi, metro). Directly across the street and in the surrounding area there are small grocery shops, some open late, as well as cafés and restaurants. From the hotel entrance, it takes less than three minutes to reach Place Édith Piaf and the bar with the same name, and in about seven minutes of leisurely walking along a small street lined with old, typically Parisian buildings, you arrive at a small bookstore—aptly named “La Petite Librairie”—absolutely charming, with chairs set out front, perfect for reading on a warm spring afternoon. The rooms are modest, but very clean, and the linens are impeccable. The staff is kind and helpful, and the breakfast is satisfactory. It’s a place I will return to.

- Being a busy street, at times during the night it can be noisier than preferred.
