- the timing of the checkin was unclear and the lobby is very small and the brake fast wasn’t that good and most of the food is not halal.There’s no cabinet in the rooms + they’re not flexible because we wanted to change the hotel and they refused to return the money

- Reception - It takes around 30 mins to check-in. When I checked out, I asked for a Tax invoice, and they never prepared. I need to wait another 20 to 25 mins. Wifi - I stayed in Room 1213, and Wifi reception was terrible. When I called the operator, he said that " his phone was ok. Maybe my phone has an issue." I stayed for 13 days, and never once wifi is good, and kept dropping. I have to reconnect almost every time I use it. I believe they need more numbers to use. Parking - I always need someone to open the gate for me within these 13 days. Nobody recognized that I was staying there even after 7 to 8 days. Only on the last day of my stay they recognized me. Food - Breakfast is a little to choose from. Sometimes not include the meat meal. The taste of some foods is not acceptable. And the place is quite smelly with those cooking smells. Once I go to breakfast before my work, all my clothes are smelly with those smells. I have to bare for the whole day. Dinner is tiny to choose from, and the taste could be better. I ordered Chicken wrap that only comes with chicken, iceberg Romain, and Caesar dressing. I will not recommend to stay there.

- Terrible room design, joint twin bed room with a paper thin door to split it. As nosie as a share dom in hostels. Ask to change on the second night but the same. Told the staffs but just some useless excuse. Not even got an official apologies.

+ Nous avons été surclassés dans un appartement pour quatre personnes très bien équipé et très confortable Nous avons juste regretté de ne pas avoir passé plus d’une nuit dans cet établissement

- Not a lot of sound proofing between walls/floors. Could hear everything when people walking down the hallway, baby crying in room above us.

+ La chambre était assez spacieuse pour 2 personnes et avait l'équipement nécessaire. Par rapport à nos centres d'intérêt nous n'avons pas eu des problèmes de transport, quelle que soit l'heure le Taxi commandé arrivait en maximum 10 minutes. La vue sur la ville était belle. Le personnel était responsive, discret et surtout très respectueux.

- Il est arrivé 1 fois qu'on demande que la chambre soit nettoyée. Probablement un problème de communication qui a été vite réglé. Nous aurions aussi souhaité avoir un micro wave en chambre. Pour le reste on était très satisafait.
