Guest House Lugano is a scam. Unfriendly Receptionist, not providing booked room.
Value for money is hard to find in Swiss acommodations, it’s just expensive. The room was fine, beds good, but shower not so clean

Our bathroom was kind of gross, mold in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Decent location and the lady at check in was very helpful.
Great value for money, staff were very helpful, everything was very clean. Rooms are basic but for the price (in Switzerland) I think it's a really good place to stay :)
Das GuestHouse ist einfach eingerichtet, leider an einer Hauptstrasse, eher für jünger Leute, sehr ring hörig! Für 1 Nacht OK, Preis für Lugano OK.
Convenient location to hop on a bus into Lugano. Clean spacious room with free hot chocolate, coffee, and tea. I would have appreciated a set of silverware or bowl/plate in the room with the kitchenette. Overall enjoyed my stay!
Overall nice place for price in Lugano, very accessible from the train station. Quick walk to the waterfront.
Good location on the bus route from the train. Easy walk into both towns of Paradiso or Lugano. My reservation included an unlimited bus bas for getting around the area during my visit, making it convenient to explore near and far. Hostel was quiet, clean, I had a Private room w kitchenette. There is also on site bicycle locker storage. I recommend this location and would visit again. 👍

Great place to stay, good location and amazing staff who were super friendly. Would recommend!
Had a lovely stay. You can walk to the lake and to the center. Also an option to do a late check in, that was very convenient.
