+ Nice atmosphere, clean.
- Most disrespectful hostel experience. Staff is friendly but very unprofessional, and don't expect any good sleep since people check in daily at 3 am, and out at 8 am for the trip. Details below: They are very famous for the Ha Giang trip, that they don't care about any other aspect. You'd think the trip is their best aspect, and it is if you constantly like listening to asian techno music weather it's a lake, waterfall or an amazing natural view. maybe it's just me but i prefer quiet in nature. they forgot to add my paid booking to the system, which is ok, but what's not ok is to ask me to check out and not believing me after questioning me for 3 times. I also asked for a t-shirt that everyone gets after the trip, but again, a worker screws up and marks me as received. Upon confirming that i didn't get it, the worker just dismisses me without making eye contact. Again it's just a lousy t-shirt anyway, but asking me if i am lieing to get a freaking shirt is disrespectful as hell. Especially after i refused to take money for a deposit that yet again, they mistakenly marked as paid but i didn't.

Très déçues, l’hostel nous a annoncé à notre arrivée qu’il n’y avait finalement pas de place pour nous, alors que nous avions réservé, reçu une confirmation et payé sur Hostelworld la première partie du montant du séjour. Aucune solution n’a été trouvée. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue à 1 h du matin, sans hostel et sans possibilité d’en réserver un autre. Quant à l’attitude du manager, il s’est contenté de nous rire au nez en disant que ce n’était pas ...
Was going to leave a good review but unfortunately. If you trying to travel solo and away from life . Don’t . The manger there will share your information to anyone to contact the hostel looking for you . They will have their employees to record your bulk room and everything. Đồ chỉ điểm
Not my favorite hostel. I stayed at a mixed dorm and every day the toilet was clogged. On top of that, I wish they would install a door to separate the restroom from the main dorm because there is always a lingering odor. I initially planned on staying for 10 days (but only stayed for 4 nights) . The constant issues with the bathroom was what ultimately made me cut my stay short to find a new accommodation.
+ The loop
- The cabin bus. Bus to Ha Giang: Old and falling apart. No working usb port or lights in the cabins. False advertising. Bus to Hanoi: 1) Rough driving meant many passengers couldnt get any sleep. 2) Driver refused a toilet break after being asked/pleaded with by multiple passengers. We were told 1 hour until a toilet break. 2 hours later I approach him and he shouts and pushes me back to my seat and says "yes we will stop". I'm currently on the bus, approaching hanoi and I have been holding a wee for over 5 hours. Ridiculous. 3) There were 12 or so blankets in an empty cabin besides me. It was cold so I took 2 extra. A staff member came and pulled the blankets off me, told me im only allowed one. I pointed out the extra blankets and he ignored me. Just threw my blankets back on top of the other 10. What kind of service is this for the extra bus upgrade? Maybe take 2 minutes to teach drivers basic communication/etiquette needed for backpackers on these buses. Such a horrible end to a nice trip.

Mixed room en-suite smelt so bad of rotting sewage it was make me feel sick every time I had to use it, it would sometimes drift into the room too. Reception staff really slow. Good location but would not stay again
Que dire… Nous avions réservé un dortoir mixte pour 3 personnes, 2 nuits (check-in 24/24). Arrivés à 2am (retour hagian loop) on nous parle d’un problème d’eau et d’électricité = pas de places pour finalement admettre un surbooking. Après 1h de discussion, 1 personne a eu un lit ici, les deux autres ailleurs. Situation aberrante et entièrement de leur faute. Ils n’en avaient rien à faire et auraient pu nous prévenir : on aurait réservé une autre auberge. Nous n’avons pas...

average hostel get what you pay for. good location. staff are nice and helpful. you can keep your bags here. no atmosphere and the bathrooms and floors aren't clean at all. I did raise this but didn't see a change. if you're a night time shower person there was no hot water .

Stayed there for a night and it was amazing!! The Room super clean and quiet. Not thermostate social hostel but defo worth the money! Felt super safe as well :))
Emplacement idéal, thé à disposition toute la journée, personnel prévenant, arrangeant et extrêmement accueillant. Les espaces communs sont bien exploités, balcons sur chaque chambre et roof top avec une super vue. L’endroit est propre et les chambres sont très bien équipées
Lovely hostel with great staff in a good location the only down side is that we were sharing a bathroom with 10 people with no other facilities available.
+ Best motorbike loop!! They arrange all transfers to and from. The beds were really comfortable. The room was clean.
- The only downside was that there was 8 showers for all of the rooms which was hectic before and after the loop and you had to wait a long time.
Property was very unclean, and the smell from the plumbing in the hostel was awful. Someone came into our room and tried to enter another bed, so felt quite unsafe. Staff were lovely.
