Aurora Bed and Breakfast

V basic room. There was a smell of sewerage ? coming in the window from time to time. We were arriving into Naples by train at 2.30pm and I had informed the property by whatsapp. I was getting messages that we had to be there by 2pm - otherwise we had to self check-in - they did wait to let us in. We got voucher for coffee and croissant in local cafe. We could not leave our luggage at the property for a few hours - unlike other properties.

The B&B was not what I expected. First of all the fridge doesn't work. Don't advertise with something that doesn't work. Besides the fridge not working, the window doesn't close properly, the A/C makes a lot of noise, there's a cable leaking in the shower and the toilet moves, not the toilet seat but the whole toilet. The floor was not clean and neither was the boxspring of the bed. All in all the location is great but the room itself is really not worth the price.

Aura's service was excellent. Always available and quick responses. The location is great, close to Termini station and it was possible to get to all the tourist attractions very easily. I had a problem caused by lack of attention and confusion on the platform, where I was looking for a room for 2 people and ended up closing a single room without noticing because the website offered it to me. Bugs in the room and visible mold or dirt on walls. My friend and I both got sick while staying here. I would not stay here again.

My worst stay this trip. The room I stayed in had bedbugs and when I told the owner (and sent pictures of the bugs and bites) she had the audacity to try to blame me. Then I only received a refund for the last night, after I had already found another place to stay. She waa very rude and unprofessional. Also, the listing said that breakfast was included, but what it doesn't say is that you have to go around the corner to a café and breakfast only consists of a cappuccino and a croissant.

On the arrival I was asked to pay more money than advertised. "There was a mistake." They had months to tell me about this after booking. Months before I was asked about the arrival time. I gave an early time. When the trip came I changed plans and visited a nice place on the first day and arrived late but in time for check In. But then my room was given to someone else. yes I should have kept the arrival time in mind and should have told about the change BUT they could have written me a message...

This hostel is basic and if you need a place to sleep near the train station then it is adequate but the rooms are small and the safe in our room didn't work and there was no kettle to boil; water. That would be helpful! There is zero personality to the place! Also while breakfast was included, it has now been cancelled so be warned. While a voucher was provided, it was only after insisting that we got one.

A recepção não é 24 horas mas a proprietária deu toda atenção e acompanhamento por whatsapp em tempo real. O quarto que me foi reservado era péssimo mas após minha reclamação fui transferido para outro de maior qualidade.

Good location, right next to the termini station. The sad part I had to use the wifi for a work meeting and couldn't connect for more than 30 seconds. The building is quite old and it smells but the room was clean with a working AC. Easy Checkin and checkout

I wish I could give a better review, but I have to point out the fact that there is NO BREAKFAST and NO LUGGAGE STORAGE INCLUDED, even though they declare so. Furthermore I was asked several times to "upgrade" and switch my room (for whatever reason) despite me announcing that I have a cold with fever, that I am totally fine with my room and that I just want to rest to get better soon. In the end I switched of necessity for the last night and the Upgrade proved to be rather a Downgrade.

Room really Small, the bed was not confortable. Smells of smoke really strong in the room , but the location of the place is really good

Très propre mais chambre cellule avec une lumière blafarde sans fenêtre. Vraiment glauque. Pas de quoi faire un café ou réchauffer un plat. C’est juste une chambre. Immeuble vétuste . Sinon aucun problème. Très réactive bonnes explications mais non je n’y retournerai pas.

Host sempre disponibile per ogni cosa✨Era molto vicino alla stazione di Termini, ti permette di andare ovunque. L'unica pecca è il bagno senza finestra, bisogna farlo arieggiare un pochino. La finestra della stanza si può aprire, peccato per l'odore un po' di cibo del ristorante sotto penso (loro non possono farci niente). Per il resto, tutto apposto! Host sempre disponibile e gentile 🤍

Muy recomendable, costo beneficio, te dan unos vales para el desayuno que es un pan dulce y un mini café, pero bien,, no hay recepción, pero las instrucciones por WA son precisas, no hay donde dejar el equipaje ni antes , ni después aunque nos dejaron ingresar unas horas antes

A very helpful, welcoming host. Good facilities, brilliant sleep. Great functional location for airport shuttle bus.

Electricity and water were out first night. It smelled like smokers in there. Shower head was broken. They did quickly fix shower head and other stuff came on early morning. They gave us free coffee and crossiant at local bar for 2 mornings to compensate. Overall was okay

Great key pickup, the room was simply missing wall plug options for 3 people

Great stay right next to Roma Termini station! Easy to get around by public transportation and in a quiet area. Would recommend!

El lugar es tal cual se describe, Aura es súper amable y siempre a disposición, la zona es muy cercana a puntos turísticos recomendables y si es para dormir y salir temprano, todo se disfruta! Agradezco mucho a Aura quien se portó de diez puntos con nosotros!
