Tive um problema no aeroporto e liguei dizendo que chegaria mais tarde que o check-in. Não esperava o atraso no aeroporto, disseram que tudo bem eu chegar depois. Cheguei, tentei ligar, apertar interfone e nada. Era noite, fiquei lá durante 2 horas esperando. Nada. Total descaso. Se não pudesse, já dizia. Lugar super longe do centro de Roma. Perdi meu dinheiro.
I had a problem at the airport and called saying I would arrive later than check-in. I didn't expect any delay at the airport, they said it was okay if I arrived later. I arrived, tried to call, turned on intercom and nothing. It was night, I was there for 2 hours waiting. Nothing. Total discharge. If I couldn't, I said already. Super location far from the center of Rome. I lost my money.

The hostel is catholic.
I did not feel good at this hostel. I payed much more for stay than other guest...but they gave me worst room next garage for room service...toilet had bad smell..it was not fair...blanket was not comfy...there were nun at reception...they did not speak English. I can not communicate with them... blackfast was worst among the hostels I ever stay during my trip... It's far from the center.. It was not worthy for paying the money... I guess this hostel is for group tour for catholic pilgrim

A good quiet structure managed by nuns
Der Aufenthalt war nicht gut. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und kein Moskitonetz. Das Frühstück war sehr klein gehalten.
The stay was not good, there was no air conditioning and no mosquito net, breakfast was kept very small.
The Man who was at the reception was nice and provided all the info necessary. But the nouns that are often there dont speak english which is a big problem. Also when I arrived they haven’t changed the towels from the previous guests and also didn’t change them daily, nor the bed sheets. The location is really distant from the touristic attractions and with the current work in line A after 21:00 there is no subway. Which makes a pain to move on the city. The price is not that good conside...
The location of Villa Laetitia is good because it has good connections to the metro. However, there is hardly any staff visible. The staff is also not very talkative or friendly. We had an experience with a group of young Spanish boys making noise at night, and there was no staff to be found to restore order. They disturbed the peace until 2 AM.
Uns hat das Hotel im grossen und ganzen gut gefallen. Wir haben bekommen, was wir erwartet haben. Wir würden wiederkommen.
We liked the hotel in general and we got what we expected, we would come back.
Like described. All the essentials. The staff was very helpful. Outside centre confusion, but still very close. The bus station is very close. Great for the value!

We had an experience with a group of young Spanish boys making noise at night, and there was no staff to be found to restore order. They disturbed the peace until 2 AM.

The hostel is very nice, clean and the nuns and stuff are always friendly, even if some of them cannot speak English, they will make their best effort to understand you and to help you. The value for money is also great. Before staying here you should consider that Villa Letizia is not close to the city centre, and most of the times you will have to take 2 or more buses to go there. Consider also that Roma public transportation system is not reliable.

Es una residencia católica. con muchas comodidades, limpio, y excelente desayuno. Lo único negativo es que está un poco alejado del centro y en Roma debes tomar varios autobuses para llegar a las atracciones, sin embargo por relación precio calidad creo que vale la pena. Volvería.
It is a catholic residence. with many amenities, clean, and excellent breakfast. the only negative is that it is a bit far from the center and in rome you have to take several buses to get to the attractions, however for price quality ratio i think it is worth it. would return.
It is a safe place. Free breakfast is included. It is near bus stop. The place is clean and well maintained. If I will be in Rome again, I'll definitely book again here.
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich top und kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, nur konnten leider nicht so gut englisch, aber man konnte sich trotzdem verständigen. Das Frühstück war auch ganz gut. Die Lage war in Ordnung nur abends fahren nicht mehr so viele Busse. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut.

Bardzo dobre miejsce na nocleg przy odwiedzinach Rzymu. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę na zasadzie szwedzkiego stołu, dobre i pożywne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do startu na podbój Rzymu, dobrze skomunikowane, autobus z przystanku jedzie za równo pod najbliższą stacje metra jak i również pod sam Watykan. Polecam.
Very good location from start to finish in Rzymu, well communicated, buses from the stop go in parallel to the nearest metro station as well as to the same Watykan.

This is a great place to stay in almost every way. The nuns take good care of you, don't worry about a dirty room. Also the breakfast is generous with plenty of variety. My only issues were due to its distance from the city's sights, although the bus stop down the road and the metro reduced this. The nuns do not speak English but I got by without knowing more than "grazie." Highly recommend!!

Buen sitio para quedarse unos días y conocer la ciudad.
Good place to stay a few days and get to know the city.
Un lugar muy acogedor, bastante limpio y el desayuno que ofrecen es variado y muy rico. El lugar es un poco alejado pero hay buses que te dejan muy cerca. Si buscas vida social, este no es el lugar ! Pero vas a descansar muy bien, es un lugar bastante calmado para relajarse despues de caminar mucho en Roma. Hay un supermercado muy cerca de ahi y un Burger king si tienes que comprar comida.
The place is a little bit far away but there are buses that leave you very close. If you are looking for a social life, this is not the place ! But you are going to rest very well, it is a pretty calm place to relax after walking a lot in Rome. There is a supermarket very close and a Burger King if you have to buy food.
Our stay at Villa Letizia was overall great. The staff is really kind and polite, the rooms are very clean. The breakfast options are enough and I always left the table fuller than full. The only "downside" is the Villa's location, as it is a bit far from the centre. Taking the bus and metro, it usually took us about 45 minutes, which didn't bother us in the slightest though. I'm a backpacker, so my standards aren't the highest. But this is one of the best stays I've had.

Llegas con un micro y un metro al centro de Roma. Alejado pero con buena accesibilidad. Mucha limpieza. Recomendable
