Llegue alas 11pm con mi familia asegurada mi reserva resulta que salio un vigilante diciendo que tenia que volver alas 7am por ya no había servicio terrible devén informar que nadie en resecion para perjuicio por la hora a busca otro hotel dejan un número telefónico que nunca contesten pésimos en servicio
I arrived at 11pm with my family insured my reservation turns out a security guard came out saying he had to be back by 7am by there was no longer terrible service should inform that no one in reception for damages by the hour to find another hotel leave a phone number they never contest terrible in service
