It was hard to tell where this was located , 15 mins BY BUS is not what we excepted . It was too fair from heart of Venice. So we ended up booking hotel last minute . When I tried to contact them to ask to be refunded for cleaning portion, no reply. I understand they can’t rent room to someone else last minute But they could have at least refunded the CLEANING FEE since we didn’t stay there they didn’t need to wash sheets or anything .
