+ La signora è stata disponibile, la struttura (per quel poco che abbiamo visto) era bella e pulita

- Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare poichè la struttura aveva un problema con l'acqua calda,, ma siamo rimasti male perchè non siamo stati avvertiti prima ma solo una volta arrivati con tutte le valigie e un bambino piccolo, una nuova sistemazione me la sono dovuta cercare da sola e ci ho rimesso i soldi del taxi per spostarmi nuovamente

- Tl;dr: There is no AC in this place!!!! The place was dirty, we slept in dust and couldn't stay in bed for more than 6 hours although we had a day of traveling and flying before we reached the place at around 00:45. But the worst thing about this place is that the host marked the place as one of having AC. This lie cost us also lack of sleeping and willing to stay. It is the first filter we add when traveling to europe since it is always hot to us.

- The listing said there was a washing machine and kitchen facilities, but after moving in, I found out there was no kitchen. I was told the information was wrong, and I also have to pay €19 each time to use the washing machine. These false details have been on the listing for a long time, which feels misleading.

+ La ubicación llena de tiendas y muy cerca de los ejes principales de la ciudad

- Todo empezo mal, escribi a la dueña para preguntarle que autobus o tranvia se podia tomar para llegar al hotel ( no es un hotel es un piso con habitaciones ) y no me respondio, eso para mi fue decepcionante por que el dia de mi llegada llovia, y la estacion esta a 40 minutos caminando, en cambio dias antes si que me escribio para que le enviara mi pasaporte y que le llevara el dinero en efectivo, algo que nunca me habia pasado, y al ser mi ultima parada de mi viaje me hizo estar con el dinero en mi cartera varios dias algo que no me gusto. La ubicacion es buena pero el primer dia es muy dificil de encontrar, pero la dueña no dio señales de vida a mis preguntas. Cuando conseguimos llegar al portal del edificio, no habia nadie, tocamos el timbre varias veces y alli nadie abria la puerta. Vimos un cartel con el numero y gracias a que teniamos roaming la llamamos por telefono y un rato mas tarde vino una empleada a abrirnos la puerta y enseñarnos la habitacion muy oscura y desangelada. Eso si, al minuto de enseñarnos la habitacion ya nos solicito el dinero en efectivo. La habitacion es amplia pero la calidad precio es mala, ya que son muy antiguos los muebles, un radiador pierde agua, y el libro de recomendaciones esta descatualizado. En mitad de la estancia le solicite una plancha y tardo un dia en darmela, la comunicacion con la dueña es lenta, muy lenta. En definitiva la calidad/precio es mala.

- - Aircondition costs extra - Pillow is small (maybe add an extra) Was specifically filtering for properties with air condition, but learned on arrival they charge eight euros per day for air condition. Price is nowhere listed on booking.com or on homepage. As you need air condition with 30 degrees plus in Vienna i do not think it is fair. Maybe my rating is also not fair, but the only way to warn other guests!
