Star Hotel Da Nang

+ Отель совершенно не соответствует 4 звезды, и номеру делюкс и цене!!!!, . Не соответствует фотографиям что выставили в букинкоме!. В номере не работант холодильник, раковина забита, постель серая, мебель старая, стены грязные.

- Все очень и очень ужасно! Все не понравилось, конкретно я описала в верхней строке , что именно , плюсом Завтраки скудные .

- I had 17 nights in this hôtel. Before i booked this long période, i analysed all comments. No one can speak English in the hôtel. I was supposed to leave on 2 january. The receptionist made a mistake and put my outîng on 1st January. I said her 4 times. She did not make necessary correction. I finally left all m'y things and book one week at Hué because there was not breakfast because not enough customers. No one to help to climb the stairs with heavy luggages. No restaurant in the road except a super market. No help to book my taking to Hué. I had to go to a nearby hôtel. Finally i left this hôtel on 31 instead of 2 january. So 2 free days for them. When I left they asked me 50000vnd for water. 50000vnd is nothing in euro but is one of the first hôtel i saw that. How can you ask money for water while the customer is leaving the hôtel without asking refund because I decided to go. Your was good but you can hear everything in room near you. Swimming pool was dirty. I dont undèrstand how people can put good comments on this hôtel. I never give bad comments especially in. vietnam. They are always on their phone. A real shame

- Ks 4 sao nhưng Nhân viên không thân thiện, nhiệt tình như khách sạn khác

- Albergo sporco (scarafaggi morti in ascensore e nei corridoi), senza aria condizionata nelle parti comuni. Stanze sporche e decadenti. Piscina con acqua sporca, deserta, senza lettini o sedie, bar non funzionante. Colazione disgustosa. Solo pagamento in contanti e mi hanno fatto una ricevuta solo dopo insistenze. Il personale non parla inglese. Non credete alle recensioni, le foto sono ingannevoli: questo è a malapena un 3 stelle.

+ The location is okay.

- The hotel is extremely old and poorly maintained. No one seems to care about basic safety or security. There’s no proper control at the entrance. My room was full of old wooden furniture, which turned out to be infested with termites. It was very unpleasant to find them crawling around. We specifically booked this place for the pool, but when we arrived, the pool was closed for maintenance with no prior notice. Overall, it was a big disappointment and definitely not worth, even for this money.

+ The location was okay

- Our room was dirty: the walls, the toilet, bed sheets, and it stank. After complaining about the smell they gave us another room which also quite dirty. The staff said it’s normal for Vietnam. Whatever. Only one worker could speak a little English, others didn’t even try and didn’t want to take a look at the translation on the phone ((( The internet was very slow, so the TV in the room was basically useless. The plugs also didn’t work at first. The pool had a nice view but we couldn’t swim in it, as the water was dirty . Generally the pool area looks abandoned and there is no caffe.

- First room very mouldy.. no doormsn to help lift luggage up the staircase, ,food bland, not many Western options, requested change,of room, next room excellent 👍

+ Value for money. Many minimarts and restaurants around the place. staff was nice.

- Room wasn't so clean. The receptionist in the evening/night didn't speak English. Should work on their breakfast.

+ Der Pool auf dem Dach, die unmittelbare Verfügbarkeit eines Rollers bereits beim Checkin, die Grösse des Zimmers, der Ausblick vom Dach

- das optionale Frühstück und die Tatsache, dass man trotz mehrfacher Bitte kein auf nur einer Seite gebratenes Spiegelei bekommt. Der Kaffee im Zimmer wurde nicht nachgefüllt, die Poolbar war geschlossen

+ It was so comfortable we extended 2 days!

+ Great location, comfy beds, really great staff.

- Kinda loud construction nearby.

- Upstairs pool needs maintenance and the cafe doesn’t exist.

+ Chambre spacieuse et confortable

+ The staff and especially Trang did everything ahead could to accommodate me and address my issues. They did their best to fix the tv and the cooler.

- This place can be very loud especially with dragging chairs late at night by guests or in the morning by the cleaning staff. No hand soap offered. It’s not the first time it happened to me in Da Nang…

+ Die Lage ist gut, 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Kleine Minimärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Man kann vieles per Taxi erreichen, wie zb. Lady Buddha oder marble Mountains. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

- Der Pool war dreckig und es gab nur 2 Liegen, wovon eine kaputt war.

+ Location is near the sea with lots of restaurants on the way. We got appartment and it was very spacious and clean.

- We had to change the accommodation and when we arrived to this hotel in the middle of the night it turned out the last room was double booked. But then they offered us the appartment. Guy working that night was helpful and spoke english!
