Do not stay here, my group arrived and they only had one double bed for 7 of us, and nobody was there, this was at 10:00 pm btw. Absolutely terrible customer service as well. If I could give it a 0 I would. Don’t come here

J’ai déconseille totalement, nous avions réservé pour le soir du 31, nous avions prévu que nous allions arriver à 19h. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 19h, la personne de l’hôtel nous a informé qu’elle avait déjà donné nos lits. Deux personnes était venu à l’hôtel en disant qu’ils avaient déjà réservé et elle pensait que c’était nous. Elle n’a pas vérifié de passeport ni les noms. I totally discourage, we had booked for the evening of the 31st, we had planned to arrive at 7pm. When we arrived at 7pm, the hotel person informed us that she had already given our beds. Two people had come to the hotel saying they had already booked and she thought it was us. She didn't check passport or names. We found ourselves on the street at 9pm on the evening of the 31st in Vietnam. She didn't find us a solution.
Leider kann ich dem Hostel keine gute Bewertung geben. Der Mann hinter dem Tresen spricht kein Englisch und ist nicht sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage hat in dem sehr kleine Zimmer nicht funktioniert, genau wie das Große Decken-Licht. Außerdem ist das Hostel schwer zu finden. Ich habe mich einfach nicht willkommen gefühlt. Plus: Nähe zur Bahn Station, recht sauber.
Unfortunately I can't give the hostel a good rating. The man behind the counter doesn't speak English and isn't very friendly. The air conditioning didn't work in the very small room, just like the Great Deck-Light. Besides the hostel is hard to find. I just didn't feel welcome. Plus: Close to the train station, quite clean.
This is a very good place to stay for travellers. Very comfortable, and the host is very lovely.
