Fue una de las peores experiencias de mi vida nunca pude entrar a mi cuarto el cuarto parece morgue cuando una señora nos enseñó pero nunca pude abrir mi cabina tuvimos que ir a otro hotel a pagar una noche espero que me devuelvan el dinero

Expérience décevante. J'ai été bloqué 3h en dehors de la capsule au milieu de la nuit (vers 2h du matin) à cause d'un problème technique. Aucun numéro n'était accessible à l'accueil et sans l'aide d'un autre voyageur avec un portable, je n'aurais pas pu contacter le service client. J'ai donc annulé ma 2nde nuit après avoir expliqué mon cas auprès de l'agent d'accueil qui comprenait la situation. Et ne pouvant pas riqué d'être bloqué une 2nde nuit. Das beste vorneweg, die Lage ist gut, Altstadt und Zentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar, dann ist aber auch schon fertig lustig. Alles läuft online oder per self-Check in ab und gibt es Probleme, steht man im Regen. OK, es hat wen hinter einem Tresen, aber kein Wort Deutsch, nur Englisch, sorry, wir sind in der Deutschschweiz und da ist das keine Landessprache! The services are not good. My usb gathering is not working, I went to the information desk and didn't get any help.

Not enough lockers, receptionists Luca thinks everything is obvious, pretty frustrating with codes emails and trying to open doors at least at first had to ask for lucern guest card. Most answers are everything iis in the email and can also tolx that there is not much they can do about not enough lockers. No suggestions what to visit at all. No info.

It really wasn't a pleasant experience! A lot of the items on the menu weren't even available!

Perfectly fine and clean, charging ports didn't work. The main gripe is they didn't let me take a day off my reservation after I booked a day extra by mistake. Too greedy an attitude for me

Es un lugar increíble, súper limpio, el personal muy atento y siempre a disposición de ayudarnos. Te hacen sentir en casa.

Além da localização excelente e o fácil acesso a trens e ônibus o hotel é muito organizado e limpo. A cápsula em si é uma obra de arte. Lençóis, edredom e toalhas limpas e perfumadas. Melhor ainda o staff, Santiago é muito cuidadoso e comunicativo com os hóspedes e com quem acaba de chegar para fazer o check in. O lounge é uma espaço para relaxar e ter uma boa conversa tomando um café ou cerveja ali mesmo. Maravilhoso!

Super schönes, modernes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Bäder und Duschen waren stets sauber. Der große Schlafsaal war sehr ruhig, leider war nur die Ladestation in meiner Kapsel kaputt, das ist ärgerlich. Insgesamt jedoch eine gute Erfahung

Es ist ein hübsches, kleines und gut ausgestattetes Hostel. Mein Aufenthalt war angenehm und ruhig. :)

Primera vez en cápsula y es ampliamente superior a los hosteles estándar. Dormí mucho mejor y sin escuchar a nadie. Además se sintió fresca en todo momento. Santiago y María (si mal no recuerdo el nombre de la chica de Brasil) fueron muy buenos anfitriones

El Lugar en si, está súper limpio, buenas camas, no recomiendo para los que no están acostumbrados a espacio pequeños, baños dividido hombres,/mujeres. El área de comedor muy buen ambiente. Lo único es la ubicación si está un poco distante de la estación, y no es facil de ubicar porque no hay un letrero visible a menos que vengas de la calle en dirección opuesta, la clave es ubicar el Gym que está en la planta baja y te ubicas fácil.

El lugar impecable. Todas las instalaciones siempre limpias y en excelente estado, tanto espacios comunes como baños y zona de espera y bar. Mi primera experiencia durmiendo en cápsulas y la recomiendo 100%, por precio, seguridad y sencillez. Excelente la atención de María y Santi en todo momento predispuestos, atentos y muy amables!

Danke für die grossartige Erfahrung. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Alles blitzsauber, Personal super freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Sehr hellhörig und die überlaute Musik in den sanitären Anlagen. Am Morgen früh eine Zumutung. Nichts für Morgenmuffel.
