+ Upon seeing our distress with our room, they refunded three of our four nights so we could move elsewhere.

- I do not understand why this hosel receives good ratings. Our room was located completely inside with a "window" to a dark hallway, it was humid, stuffy, and there was no fan, it was tiny and the bathroom had a shower that sprayed the entire floor if used, the beds were uncomfortable, and we received one blanket for two (twin) beds.

- Tenía la reserva hecha en este hostel. A las 9 de la mañana del día de la reserva me escriben diciendo a ver a que hora voy a llegar. Cuando llego al medio día me dicen a ver si puedo cancelar ya que está el hostel lleno, que me busque otro donde pasar la noche. No me quedo otra que cancelar y buscar otro. UNA VERGÜENZA!

- Endroit bruyant et inconfortable. L'accueil est inexistant. Il est juste présent pour vous prendre votre argent. Ne vous rend pas la monnaie en disant qu'il le fera après car il ne l'a pas sur lui. Et puis vous ne le revoyez plus si vous avez le malheur de repartir avant midi de la chambre. Ce qui etait notre cas . Un bon escroc même si le tarif/ nuit est peu cher. Même si ce n'est pas grand chose pour nous. 30 dirham c'est 3 euros et ça ne doit pas leur revenir d'office. Vraiment à éviter....

- Eigenaar klopte om 1200 u s Nachts op onze deur om te zeggen dat we moesten betalen .bij aankomst hadden ze niets gezegd over betaling .accepteren geen credit cards dus we moesten nog eerst geld wisselen . We Leiden dat we de volgende morgend zouden betalen bij uitchecken maar dan ging hij ons uit hotel gooien!!!! Niet normaal . Voor een. Paar euro meer vind je in essaouira veel betere opties met vriendelijke mensen. Het hotel spelt ook niets voor .absolutely af te raden

- Everything was horrible 1, Cats running through the hostel ( dirty stray cats ) 2, No black out curtains 3, The mattress should be set of fire with the pillow. i felt itchy all night and dirty. 4, It's very small 5, i could go on and on .....

+ Mauvais traitement du personnel

- La personne qui m’a appelée pour me laisser dehors chercher ou je vais passer la nuit. !!!!!&!?

- I booked a room with a private shower for two nights, but I could only stay for one night due to poor conditions. The room was dirty, poorly ventilated, with an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains. It made the stay very uncomfortable, and it was impossible to sleep. Moreover, I lost the money I paid for the second night as I had to leave early. I am very disappointed with the experience and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for basic cleanliness and comfort.

+ La personne présente pour gérer l’hostel est très gentille, agréable, à l’écoute.

- Très forte humidité empêchant de dormir, avec avec aucun moyen d’aérer. Nous avons fait une machine et on a retrouvé nos vêtements complètement tachés. De l’eau constamment présente partout sur le sol de la salle de bain.

- Les chambres sont trop humides, ce qui empêche de dormir correctement

+ Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jay. Bed was comfy.

- Dorm room did not have a window to outside only to the hallway, so the air isn’t very fresh. The bathroom isn’t great.

+ Ad un anno di distanza resta sempre la mia oasi di pace tra le vie della bellissima Essaouira! Ringrazio molto Jay per la stua gentilezza e disponibilità e il mio amico Mustapha per aver reso la mia permanenza ancora più piacevole! Ci vediamo presto inch’Allah ❤️

+ Beaucoup aimé le personnel. J’ai surtout rencontré Jah. Il est très chaleureux et attentionné Il met une bonne ambiance en plus avec son instrument

- Je pense que le bâtiment aura besoin un coup de peintre elle sera encore plus joli comme de l’eau chaude tout la journée si on n’as rive pas à prendre le douche le matin

+ Tout était parfait! Le lieu est vraiment très beau, les gens adorables, et le tout très bien placé!

+ L'emplacement, la terrasse conviviale et la cuisine commune. Un bon point de chute pour arriver à Essaouira. Wi-Fi ok, la gentillesse de l'hôte et ses conseils.

- Chambre sombre. Prix booking un peu cher !!

+ Sitio tranquilo, bonito y muy limpio. Tiene una terraza muy agradable y te dejan usar la cocina. Además, Jay es un gran anfitrión, hemos estado como en casa.
