+ The front desk lady was lovely and really helpful in changing my reservation from 4 to just 1 night.

- Property was very disappointing. Hotel rooms are old and the hotel itself is very far away from the center. You can hear people talking and dogs barking all night. Perhaps worst of all was the fact that my bedsheets had BLOOD stains on them. When asked to switch to another room I got one that smelled like sewage. No other rooms were available. I was told I would get a to go box for breakfast in the morning as I was leaving early but never got it. Ended up changing my reservation to just one night. Please save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else. There’s better options closer to the centre for similar or cheaper prices that are actually clean.

- Very noisy. They forgot to clean the room despote being reminded to. The location is not as close to the center as others. The rooms were ok hotel rooms but nothing special.

+ L’hôtel est très beau, moderne et impeccablement propre. Les vues depuis la terrasse sont particulièrement agréables et ajoutent un vrai plus à l’expérience.

- Le personnel ne parlant pas anglais complique parfois la communication. Séjourner au 5ᵉ étage s’est avéré assez bruyant : dès 6h du matin, le bruit de la préparation du petit déjeuner se fait entendre, et les aboiements répétés de chiens à l’extérieur, tôt le matin et en soirée, rendent les nuits encore plus difficiles. Pas idéal pour les personnes au sommeil léger!

+ the room was clean, and the facilities were relatively new. I missed breakfast because I remembered the time incorrectly, but the terrace view was nice.

- I’m generally not very demanding when it comes to accommodation, but this was difficult to describe as a pleasant experience. First of all, the photos did not indicate that the room had an internal window only — in fact, even the bathroom had no external window. If it had been clearly shown that there was no access to fresh air, I would not have booked this room, as having an external window is something I care about. I told the front desk that I was willing to pay the price difference shown on the website (about 2 USD), but I was asked to pay 25 USD based on the on-site listed price. After I returned to my room clearly unhappy, the front desk knocked on my door and informed me that I could change rooms for free. I asked twice about the check-out time, but the front desk lady may not have understood my question and only asked what time I wanted to leave. Since this was my first day in Peru, and based on standard hotel practices in other countries, I assumed check-out would be around 12:00 noon. The next day, I went out at around 10:30 to get something to eat and planned to come back to pack. I was then told that I should have already checked out. I explained that I felt very hungry and dizzy and asked if I could stay until 12:00, saying I was willing to pay a late check-out fee. Again, I was asked to pay 25 USD, which is almost the cost of a full night. I had no choice but to go back, pack immediately, and leave. I had not eaten all day and genuinely felt like I might faint at the hotel. The check-out time was only written in small text on a sign inside the room, which was very easy to miss. At night, the dogs barking outside the window were quite loud, and I did not sleep well.

- le dimensioni troppo ristrette della camera, la colazione disorganizzata e non puntuale, la finestra del bagno non isolante dai rumori della strada e dal freddo, il phon da richiedere alla reception

+ Todos muy atentos y amables. Surgieron varios inconvenientes desde la gerencia hasta Joni y todos los empleados colaboraron por hacernos sentir mas cómodos.

+ Het uitzicht was schitterend! Ook was het hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Het ontvangst was fijn, met een kop cocathee vanwege de hoogte.

- De prijs was een stuk hoger dan geadverteerd (misschien belasting, misschien omdat we met creditcard betaalden, maar in ieder geval een teleurstelling). De handdoeken zijn maar 1x verschoond, ondanks verzoek. Toilet was verstopt, en de prullenbak naast de toilet was niet schoon bij aankomst.

+ Room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly, quiet area so got very good sleep, they also have free tea in reception all day to help with altitude sickness

+ La struttura è nuova e molto curata, il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, in particolare alla reception. L’hotel è pulito e offre un’ottima colazione. Nonostante possa sembrare un po’ lontana dalla piazza centrale, la posizione è comunque ottima, in quanto in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, e con una camminata di 10 minuti si raggiunge subito il centro, o tramite taxi che sono molto economici. Super consigliato!!

+ It was probably the best looking and most modern hotel I saw in Cusco. Well decorated and on theme with the vibe of Cusco and the energy of the place.

- I wouldn't call this a dislike but it's about 10 minutes walk outside of the main city center I think that's a good thing actually. It would be great if they could add some heating to the rooms even though they provided a very warm blanket I found myself cold at nights. I'm

+ Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Tudo bastante limpo e o hotel parece novo.

- Quando se usa o chuveiro o banheiro fica todo molhado. Café da manhã é bem ruim. Travesseiros são desconfortáveis. A cama é pequena, a reserva indica cama queen de maneira destacada na hora de selecionar o quarto, é verdade que mais embaixo indica nas letras pequenas que é uma cama de casal, o que não faz o menor sentido.
