Die Unterkunft ist schön, insbesondere die Dachterrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Leider liegt die Unterkunft in einem Viertel, in dem wir uns persönlich nicht sicher und wohl gefühlt haben. Außerdem ist es kein klassisches Guesthouse sondern wirklich mehr ein Hotel, in dem es schwierig ist soziale Kontakte zu knüpfen. Das Hotel bietet einen Waschservice, der sehr gut war.
The accommodation is beautiful, especially the roof terrace we liked very much. unfortunately the accommodation is located in a neighborhood where we personally did not feel safe and comfortable. besides it is not a classic guesthouse but really more ein hotel, where it is difficult to make social contacts. the hotel offers a laundry service, which was very good.
The 61 Prado was well located, comfortable, clean, and the staff was very helpful. It is a well run operation with courteous employees. The desk clerk lent us the use of a metro card so we could get around on the city metro and he gave us excellent directions. We had a very good experience there and would highly recommend it.
nice option if you’re looking to get out of the main touristic parts of the city and want to get a more ‘local’ experience within Medellin. there are plenty of nice places to eat in the area for very cheap, and good base to explore more of centro. I personally felt safe walking around the area which I think is most peoples concern
Nunca dejo reseñas pero esta estadia estuvo llena de sorpresas, aunque la localizacion no es la mejor y la fachada exterior no esta claro que es un hotel o restaurante una vez entras el espacio es bien lindo y acogedor. Tambien el trato de los empleados y la comida del restaurante fue excelente, la habitacion limpia y comoda.
I never leave reviews but this stay was full of surprises, although the location is not the best and the exterior facade is not clear that it is a hotel or restaurant once you enter the space is very nice and cozy. also the treatment of the employees and the food of the restaurant was excellent, the clean and comfortable living room.
Un lugar muy cómodo y tranquilo para pasar la noche, está muy céntrico y cerca de transporte publico, como metro y camiones, tiene estacionamiento y el personal muy amable y con gusto de ayudarte
A very comfortable and quiet place to spend the night, it is very central and close to public transport, such as metro and trucks, it has parking and the staff is very friendly and happy to help you
Hace exactamente un año fui a celebrar el aniversario con mi pareja (también su cumpleaños), el staff nos esperó con mesa decorada y comida deliciosa recién preparada. La vista desde la terraza es preciosa, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, fue una velada inolvidable, los recuerdo con mucho cariño.
Exactly one year ago I went to celebrate the anniversary with my partner (also her birthday), the staff waited for us with a decorated table and delicious freshly prepared food. the view from the terrace is beautiful, the room is very comfortable and clean, it was an unforgettable evening, I remember you with great affection.
Fue una estadía demasiado agradable, el lugar es más lindo que en ellas fotografías, el personal es muy servicial y atento con los huéspedes, el hostal está en buena ubicación, es cerca al Metro y tiene tiendas y una clínica cerca, la gente es muy amable, nuestra habitación era maravillosa, las instalaciones muy limpias y adecuadas, recomiendo este lugar como un buen hospedaje en Medellín.
It was a very pleasant stay, the place is more beautiful than in the photos, the staff is very helpful and attentive to the guests, the hostel is in a good location, it is close to the Metro and has shops and a clinic nearby, the people are very friendly, our room was wonderful, the facilities very clean and adequate, I recommend this place as a buen hospedaje in Medellín.
The restaurant is great and so convenient! The area is abit sketchy so I would get Ubers to places if you’re a solo traveler. The size of the room for the price was really amazing and great view from the rooftop! I do recommend this place

I would call it is a proper restaurant with a hostel. The food is a killer here. I enjoyed every single dish that ordered. All staffs are kind and gentle so that I was not able to lose my smile. The location might not be the best but Uber is pretty cheap so you can call it when you leave the hostel. If you look for a great western restaurant in Medellin, this is the one.
What a beautiful place! The art and the ambiance is 10/10. Supper clean and the staff were so helpful. Would highly recommend for a romantic couples getaway

It's a really beautiful hostel, with a wonderful terrace, very clean and cozy. Just be aware that the area where the hostel is located is not very safe for tourists. You'll have to be careful during the day and use taxis by night to get around. It would have been appreciated, if the hostel staff had made us aware of that fact beforehand. Other than that, the hostel is to be strongly recommended.
Ficámos maravilhados com este hostel. Passámos por 3 quartos diferentes e eram todos confortáveis, limpos, com boa luz l, água quente e ventoinha. O restaurante era delicioso e com um preço exclente. o pessoal era muito simpático. Estávamos receosos quanto à localização, mas é toralmente seguro. andámos várias vezes de metro. só à noite é que preferimos andar de taxi.

Casa 61Prado was likely the best value and most comfortable guesthouse I could have possibly asked for. While the location of the hotel is a bit obscure (up the hill a bit from the less than glamorous Prado neighborhood of mechanics, factories, and a bit sketchy mix of individuals,) it is a stone’s throw from the Prado metro station, and UBER is extremely, ridiculously cheap in Medellin. A ride from the hotel to the tourist favorite of El Poblado will only run you about 13,000-15,000 COP ($3...
