- la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout a ce que nous avions reservé. on devait avoir une chambre avec 2 lits doubles et a coté du jacuzzi.nous avons eu une chambre avec un petit lit et un lit double au rez de chaussée juste a coté de la porte d'entrée et de la reception.pas moyen de dormir. le personnel ne parlait pas anglais et très compliqué de se faire comprendre. le propriétaitre ne c'est jamais déplacé pour avoir une discussion et trouver une solution.

- Établissement sale, mal organisé et extrêmement bruyant. Aucun personnel après 20h si besoin de renseignements, et pas honnête car personne ne nous a prévenus qu’il y avait un immeuble en construction collé a notre hotel ! Avec vu sur les ouvriers depuis la fenêtre ! Salle de bain avec moisissures, serviette mal nettoyé, jacuzzi douteux
- Very noisy, bruyant. Petit dej médiocre personnel peu aimable !
+ La habitacion de arriba de todo de la mano derecha no esta mal
- Reserve por booking una habitacion y me dieron otra era super chiquita, fea y nada de lo que habia visto en las fotos. Por la noche fui a la cocina a cargar agua y estaba lleno de cucarachas toda la bacha y las ornallas. Habia un dispensador de agua que siempre estuvo vacío y tuvimos que tomar agua de la canilla. Las paredes parecian de papel, se escuchaba todo, nuestra habitacion tenia vista a la recepcion y todas las mañanas cuando hablaban abajo nos despertaban a nosotros. Lo unico bueno fue que nos cambiaron a la habitación que yo habia reservado los ultimos dos dias y estuvo mejor. Igual no volveria

- No lote exatamente vizinho está ocorrendo uma obra gigantesca. Todo dia pontualmente as 7 da manhã fomos acordados com barulho ensurdecedor e ininterrupto de máquinas, além do quarto ser inundado com cheiro de óleo diesel. Simplesmente impossível ficar no quarto entre 7 da manhã e 6 da tarde.
+ Lo único bueno que tuvimos en este lugar fue la acogida de Mónica , una persona excepcional, atenta y servicial dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo q pudo.
- El resto del personal está justo para pasar su jornada laboral (planos, sin más). El lugar es un zulo, la temperatura que alcanzan las habitaciones es alucinante, y tienen un ventilador q no ayuda a mejorar la situación. Todo empeora pq las habitaciones son minúsculas, sin hueco para moverte, sucias (debajo d la cama había pelos y polvo que se veían nada más entrar y poner el ventilador), las toallas deshilachadas, el baño sucio y sin ningún accesorio, ni un lugar dnd apoyar el neceser. Un horror, no lo recomendaría a nadie. Creo q nunca había estado en ningún lugar tan malo...

- El personal cero empático, tuvimos un inconveniente, el olor a marihuana era impresionante yo creo que se debe respetar las personas que no consumen, y hacerlo en otros lugares, no avisan que no se puede parquear afuera.

- No staff, no AC, the hot tub wasn’t in, it was loud and besides busy street. There was a hole in my bathroom to the front kitchen which was not odd so I could hear and smell them clearly and so could they.

+ Desayuno muy bueno.
- La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Toallas y sábanas algo manchadas. Paredes con humedades. Pero lo peor sin duda el ruido en todas las habitaciones.
+ The location was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a very basic room with no lamps and only 1 power point in the room, next to the door.
- The accommodation was very basic. The noise was bad from the kitchen staff in the morning and the bar next door 1 night. There is currently construction work being done on the building next door too. The sound carries through. It is very easy to leave your key, locked inside your room. The telephone number listed on the front door is not the number required for night time issues.
+ Ottima colazione preparata dalla bravissima sig.ra Elena. Disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario. Tanti locali nelle vicinanze. Jacuzzi sul rooftop disponibile semplicemente avvisando il proprietario. Supermercato D1 a 50 mt
- Purtroppo ci è capitata la stanza numero 1,che affacciava sulla strada ed affianco all porta d'ingresso. Lontananza dal centro,ma con APP di mobilità urbana/ taxi o fermata metro nelle vicinanze si risolve il tutto.

+ Location was great. Beds were super comfy. Place was very clean. Great size room with balcony. Hotel felt safe.
- Noise really travels through out the building. This was everything from people talking in the roof to staff making breakfast. It echos through out the whole place. Staff were helpful but not friendly. We arrived at 6am and we were told that someone would give us access but no-one was there.

- Les chambres ne sont pas faites automatiquement pendant le séjour. Il faut donc réclamer le papier toilettes.
+ La ubicacion estuvo excelente
- No limpiaron la habitacion ningun dia y se acabo en pan para tostar.
+ La guesthouse si trova a Manila, zona turistica e sicura, un pochino più tranquilla rispetto a El Poblado, piena di ristorantini e locali. Offrono un servizio di navetta per l'aeroporto e tengono le valigie oltre l'orario di checkout. Colazione buona, composta da pane, burro, marmellata, caffè, succo, yogurt e cereali e un'opzione tra uova e arepa con formaggio e prosciutto. La terrazza è molto tranquilla e affaccia su una strada poco trafficata. Abbiamo partecipato a due gite organizzate tramite la Guesthouse e ci siamo trovati bene.
- Sarebbe meglio cambiare gli asciugamani più spesso, considerando che c'è umidità e fanno fatica ad asciugare.

+ In the heart of El Poblado and very close to many bars and clubs, but in a quiet street, so it's possible to rest at night. Staff always available for questions, clean room, breakfast was good. Metro within walking distance.
- The jacuzzi is not heated, and it is covered from the sun, so the water is usually quite cold. Breakfast hours were rather short.
+ Si estaba muy bonito céntrico y el jacuzzi me gustó mucho
- El trato de la persona que hace los desayunos ya que llegó tarde un día y yo debía irme a un tour temprano y el desayuno es de 7:30 a 9 y llego a las 7:30 tuve que gastar ese día en desayuno. Al día siguiente si llego temprano pero su trato no fue grato nos trató algo grosero.
