+ no hay nada que rescatar de este lugar atención pésima, camas completamente en mal estado

- Aparte de que la atención es pésima, muy mala por parte de las de recepción y el gerente, te acusan de cosas falsas por colocar una reseña en que sigo afirmando que es un sitio que no tiene nada de atención al cliente, si. Groceros camas en mal estado, a los golchones se le sienten los resortes, nunca hay papel higiénico en los baños, jabón para el lado de las manos y mucho menos un secador de manos o toallas de manos, el aseo de las habitaciones es precario porque tú no se da cuenta que ni los tendidos los cambian, solo los tienden de nuevo cuando un cliente se va, la asosia del Aveo es precario. Nada recomendables este establecimiento en verdad que el trato del personal es muy muy malo

- El trato del personal de recepción y el gerente, es muy muy malo, son groceros no saben que es atención al cliente, los colchones están en pésimas condiciones y no te dan la opción de cambiar de habitación, si solicitas esto casi que te sacan del lugar, muy muy malo nada recomendable visitar este lugar

- el trato del personal es bastante, bastante malo, son groceros y piensan seguramente que uno está hospedado allí gratis, te tiran las cosas, te gritan y tratan mal de frente. El aseo de las habitaciones es bastante malo ya que solo tienden la cama y no cbian sábanas ni ni nada MA MALO EL LIGAR

The Hostel is such lying - the table Photo was whe entry the room for the first time. The Hostel replied that we drank alcohol and left our stuff on the table - we dont even drink alcohol and as you can See - the passports are polish and we Are from Germany. The hostel was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly. She took us to a room where the door was already open. We had booked a 4-bed female dorm, but when we entered we found two messy beds that were clearly already being used — it seemed like at least one person was actually living there. The room was completely cluttered with personal belongings and leftover food, and it smelled terrible. The bedding was dirty, with stains and hair on it. The bed itself felt like it could collapse at any moment. Later in the evening, the receptionist came into the room and sat with the two women there. They were playing loud music and smoking an e-cigarette. At some point a man also came into the room (again, this is supposed to be a FEMALE dorm) and just sat there. During the night he came back again, and another woman also walked in. It felt like anyone had access to the room, and we felt extremely unsafe. Considering the other reviews mentioning theft, I can absolutely believe them. Our gut feeling told us to leave, so we ended up moving to another hostel (a proper one, unlike this place). I would absolutely NOT recommend this hostel to anyone — especially not to women.

- Dla własnego bezpieczeństwa wybierz dowolny inny obiekt w Warszawie. Negatywne opinie są prawdziwe, zignoruj odpowiedzi hostelu.

- Это барак.2 разетки на весь барак стоит очередь на зарядку телефона. Душ в подвале 100 метров от камеры. Кровати разваливаливаються страшно залазить. Расположение это какая-то база по доставке.персонал его нет это надзиратель. Хозяин с манией величия.вообщем не тратьте нервы и время и деньги. Отдохнуть не получиться все раздражает. Полная анти -санетория..На кухню вообще нельзя заходить это кошмар. Правда есть чайник и микроволновка но до них нельзя дотрагиваться опасно можно заразиться. Такое ощущение что попал в тюрьму. Не советую приближаться к этому строению добавьте 20 злотых и отдохните в другом месте..

+ Hostel czysty i świetnie zorganizowany, a atmosfera naprawdę bardzo przyjemna 😊 Szczególnie na plus zasługuje bardzo sympatyczna pani na recepcji - była pomocna, uśmiechnięta i od razu można było poczuć się mile widzianym. Zdecydowanie polecam!

+ Достаточно чисто. Могу отметить, что с приходом Ирины стало намного чище и аккуратнее - она убирается гораздо качественнее, чем предыдущие уборщицы! Удобное транспортное сообщение и месторасположение (до Бедронки надо 15 минут прогуляться, а торговый центр с Carrefour прямо под боком).

- В кухне неплохо было бы отремонтировать столешницу, потому что она покатая и с неё постоянно стекает вода на пол.
