Had rats, was in basement, no curtains
Unser Zimmer wurde geflutet und Rucksäcke etc. Waren komplett nass und sie haben keine Initiative ergriffen uns irgendwas zu erstatten oder Ähnliches. Personal war also leider auch eher schlechter abgesehen davon war es ein Zimmer ohne Fenster.
Our room was flushed and rucksäcke etc. They were completely wet and they had no initiative to grab us anything to replace or similar. personal was also unfortunately also rather worse apart from that it was ein Zimmer ohne Fenster.
Our at this hostel had several challenges worth noting. The basement location was a first and had no other guests during our stay. There were no garbage bins, and the washroom did not appear to be cleaned during the week. Access to drinking water and the fridge required asking staff each time, which was inconvenient. We were also charged an extra cleaning fee for a third bed that was not mentioned in advance. Water was turned off every night unless asked as well.

La dame à la réception est très gentille et prête à aider, cependant l'espace dortoir offre une seule douche et une seule toilette qui ne sont pas nettoyés quotidiennement puis il n'y a aucune intimité, les lits sont quand même confortable comparé aux autres Hostel que j'ai visité.
The lady at the reception is very friendly and willing to help, however the dormitory area offers only one shower and one toilet which are not cleaned daily and there is no privacy, the beds are still comfortable compared to other hostels I have visited.
Perfectly fine budget hostel in a good location. Ideal for a night stay before trip to Khao Sok.
+ Everything was perfect! We received fruit and a drink upon arrival. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.
