+ Cozy environment with common setting area.
- They didn't have cash accepting option as my credit card pin not was not working. Eventually i had to cancel my stay. Staff was not supprtive and couldn't resolve my problem.
+ Nic mi sie nie podobalo bo tam nie bylem, przez 2 dni probowalem skontaktowac sie telefonicznie i w koncu zrezygnowalem z noclego bo nikt nie odbiera telefonu a mialem bardzo wazne pytania

- A minha estadia e a da minha amiga foi péssima nesse hostel em Berlim. Logo de início, ficamos em um quarto com uma pessoa que estava fedendo muito e isso nos incomodou bastante. Além disso, o quarto é péssimo e não tem nem onde pendurar um casaco, o que é muito desconfortável. Os banheiros também são muito ruins. As duchas são misturadas, homens e mulheres juntos, e não existe nenhum lugar para colocar sabonete, shampoo ou condicionador. Tudo precisa ser colocado no chão, o que achei um absurdo e nada higiênico. No geral, a experiência foi muito negativa. Não recomendo esse hostel para ninguém.

- The beds are so close to each other, feels like you sleep in the same bed with others I asked the reception to change my bed or room because this one *homeless* looking guy was sleeping next to me, smelly and snoring like hell(never seen someone snore so bad) I couldn’t sleep. 3am there I was at the reception; they are asking me more money to change the rooms. They didn’t help. I ended up sleeping in the common area on a couch. The restrooms smell horrible. I wonder how this place got such a good review. I’d recommend to avoid it at all costs

- Absolut fehlende Seriösität. Nach einer Überbuchung, die es uns unmöglich machte, im Hostel zu übernachten, warten wir seit einem Monat auf Rückerstattung. Das Hostel und der Hostelmanager reagieren auf keine einzige Anfrage.

- No sockets near each bed, same with lamp. Showers and toilets are clean, but horribly incomfortable for such price, and amount of sitting toilets that accesinble for mens are only TWO for the whole FLOUR (idk situation for weemans)
+ The location was convenient for public transportation and within walking distance of several tourist attractions. However, the neighborhood itself felt unpleasant—poorly maintained, somewhat abandoned, and with people apparently using drugs in the dark squares. It did not feel welcoming at early morning, at night and Sundays.
- Our arrival was extremely unpleasant. On our floor the shared bathroom was out of order and overflowing with sewage. To reach our room we literally had to step over a puddle of wastewater. It was a Sunday and we were told a plumber would only come the next day. The entire floor smelled terrible, and bathrooms on other floors were also malfunctioning, with leaks dripping to the floor below. We were directed to use the back bathroom, but the whole guesthouse was sharing it and, out of three stalls, only one shower was working. The changing area was just a curtain that barely stayed in place, making it feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Hygiene, organization, and concern for the guest experience were simply unacceptable. Even after the plumber came the next morning, the stench remained unbearable well past 9 a.m. After showering, we felt like we needed another shower just to recover from the poor conditions.

Common areas: kitchen, living room, garden too small given the accommodation capacity. Not enough tables and chairs and couches. More equipment needed in the kitchen, cause only enough for 2 to cook at a time. The beds are amazing and don't skweak each time someone climbs in or out. Showers not enough water pressure and have to press the button every 20sd for more water.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Ça vaut le coup de prendre le petit-déjeuner. Nous avons fait un séjour du lundi au vendredi. Les 3 1eres nuits il y avait un groupe d'ados en voyage scolaire, aucun bruit ne nous a dérangés. De plus, l'établissement est situé à proximité d’une station de métro, ce qui est très pratique. Seul bémol,il y a eu un peu plus de bruit la dernière nuit (début du week-end du 1er mai), il est possible que ce soit un peu plus bruyant le week-end. Je rec...
Excellent price/quality ratio. It's worth having breakfast. We stayed from Monday to Friday. The first 3 nights there was a group of teenagers on a school trip, no noise bothered us. Also, the establishment is located near a metro station, which is very convenient. Only bemool, there was a little more noise last night (beginning of the weekend of May 1st), it's possible that it will be a little louder on the weekend. I recommend !

+ Grande auberge avec chambres spacieuses et salles communes très agréables.
- Il manque juste une cuisine, au moins un petit coin pour se faire un thé ou réchauffer un plat. Mais c'est une belle auberge.

+ Prima plek. Gastvrije ontvangst. U-Bahr dichtbij en snel op alle mooie plekken in Berlijn. Hele schone en nieuwe douche ruimte die weliswaar gedeeld wordt, maar prima voldoet.
