Hostal Destino Bellavista

+ Eigentlich eine tolle Unterkunft. Schönes Haus, nette Gastgeberin, die hervorragend deutsch spricht, schöne Zimmer, Terrasse.

- Bei der Bezahlung sind zwei Punkt zu bemerken: - die Befreiung von der Mehrwertsteuer ) Ausländer müssen in Chile für Hotels keine 19% Mehrwertsteuer bezahlen) wurde uns nicht gewährt. - es wurden statt 143 USD 143.000 CLP berechnet. Mir ist das erst später aufgefallen, da auch CLP mit dem $-Zeichen bezeichnet werden. Im Ergebnis habe ich somit 180 USD statt 120 USD bezahlt. Daher bleibt leider ein ungutes Gefühl. Ich empfehle daher jedem Gast, sich VOR der Buchung Gewissheit zu verschaffen, ob eine Befreiung von der Mehrwertsteuer gewährt wird und welcher Betrag in welcher Währung am Ende abgerechnet werden wird.

- Al frente queda un bar y se escucha mucha bulla hasta muy tarde de la noche y la habitación está justo al frente,

+ I had a very comfortable spacious room upstairs with an en suite bathroom. Patricia made the hostel feel like home. She was very helpful & friendly & prepared simple but tasty breakfasts. There is an outside terrace but only sat out there once. There are some good local restaurants nearby instead of going into the centre. Discovered a convenient nearby funicular which goes down to near Plaza Victoria. Only 10 minutes from/to the main bus station @ 7000 Chilean pesos.

+ La atencion de Patricia es fenomenal, la tranquilidad y oferta del barrio. Es una hostal familiar, seguro. La habitacion cuenta con heladera y ventilador. El wifi funciona bien.

- Agregaria elementos para colgar la ropa mientras te duchas.

+ Muy buena atención, lugar agradable y decoración muy interesante.

+ la gentillesse de Patricia, le confort de la chambre et sa luminosité. Le quartier est également sûr, et plutôt calme. Ce n'est pas négligeable quand on voyage seule. J'ai apprécié que de l'eau en bouteille soit accessible dans la chambre dès mon arrivée et que je n'aie pas eu à l'acheter moi-même.

+ La situation géographique, l’accueil chaleureux de la patronne, le nombre de petits restaurants et bars à proximité.

- Des chiens du voisinage ont perturbé nos nuits par leurs aboiements incessants, surtout la première. Problème pris en compte par la propriétaire, mais pas complètement.

+ Super nette Vermieterin, sehr hilfsbereit und spricht perfekt deutsch.

+ L’amabilité de la patronne, très bon accueil.

- Pas d’eau chaude dans le lavabo.

+ Die Unterkunft lag auf einem Hügel in einer ruhigen Gegend in Valparaíso mit Blick auf das Meer. Patricia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie spricht sehr gut Deutsch und das Hostel ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit sehr schönen Bildern. Es gibt eine Küche, so dass man sich selber versorgen kann. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und vielen Dank an Patricia mit Familienanschluss, die sich rührend, um uns gekümmert hat.

- Nichts! Alles war wunderbar!

+ Patricia var en väldigt entusiastisk värdinna som kom med många tips och hjälpte till med allt möjligt. Rummet och resterande lokaler såg ut som på bilderna.

- Kanske fler badrum? Känns som att det skulle kunna bli väldigt trångt/kö om hostellet var fullbokat.

+ I had a great time here and even extended it! The owner is a lovely, kind lady who takes great care of guests. A big room with a private bathroom is excellent. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood, next to the elevator that takes you up and down the hill. Wifi is good enough for work.

- I didn't read the details that I needed to pay in US dollars, cash, which caused much stress to me trying to find a solution. At the end the owner accepted me to pay in pessos. Fees on ATM machines in Chile are very high and exchange rates are horrible, so be prepared. I think this should be easily solved by adding an online option for payment.

+ Hostal très bien situé pour la visite de Valparaiso, le quartier est calme, agréable avec plusieurs bons restaurants autour et on est très vite dans le centre. Patricia est une belle personne, bienveillante, aidante, dynamique et toujours disponible. Foncez

+ Patricia is so welcoming and made me feel at home straight away. The recommendations Patricia gave me about where to go and what to see were very helpful, it was always easy to contact her and I really enjoyed our conversations. The building, decorations and paintings are also beautiful and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I also loved the area, with beautiful paintings right outside and it felt safe and friendly.

+ I loved the host Patricia, she is so kind and helpful! The room was spacious, had a desk and was quiet. Everything was clean. If you look for a party Hostel it's not your place but if you look for a quiet, more private and affordable place with good restaurants nearby it's for you. 💯 Recommended!

- The shower was sometimes hot and cold but I think that's a rather normal thing in Chile.

+ Jolie et agréable maison dans le quartier de Bellavista, au calme, bien placé, pas loin de la maison de Pablo Neruda. Le funiculaire est proche. Patricia est super gentille et renseigne très bien sur tout ce que l'on peut voir et faire. Très bon petit déjeuner, bonne literie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous recommandons vivement ce petit paradis !

+ Me encantó la ubicación (a la vuelta del ascensor Espíritu Santo), las calles aún empedradas, la vida activa y fraterna entre vecinos (no vista en otros alojamientos), la cordialidad de la dueña, la amplitud de la habitación y la tranquilidad del sector.

+ Beautiful house and nice views from the room. The beds were so cozy we did not want to leave. The host is friendly and responsive, even when we arrived a bit later than expected. Would recommend to stay there if you are in Valparaiso.

- The only small downside is that the neighbor's dogs bark a lot and in general the house is not very sound proof. But those are only minor things.

+ Ruhige Lage, die Besitzerin gab gute Tipps und war sehr freundlich. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder. 2 nette Restaurants um die Ecke, Das Zentrum gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und vom Busbahnhof kann man auch laufen. Schöne Terrasse für den Abend.
