Absolutely lovely staff however had issues with bed bugs in the bed (which I have photos of as I woke up to see crawling around in the bed 😬) and my arms and legs are covered in bites now. Staff were very kind about this and reported it to the manager. Also had to move 3 different rooms due to renovation works. The bar on the top floor is great

Super dirty all around. Sheets were stained, found a bed bug my last morning right before I left. Bed were also so squeaky it was almost funny. The staff were good though and the rooftop was fun and it was easy to meet people. Would just recommend staying at another hostel and coming to the bar to socialize

BEDBUGS!!!! Very nice hostel and super lovely staff who were great during our whole stay. Unfortunately we got bedbugs during our stay… we left the 15/4 and that is also the day we discovered them.

Beware! this hostel is not worthy of 9.5 stars and the only reason they have high reviews is because when you check out they physically take your phone and go the hostel world app and offer 10% off your entire stay if you leave a good review. This is uncaceptable, I’m very against bribing reviews and therefore i would recommend you stay elsewhere. There was no proper liquid hand soap in my room even after asking reception. vibes were also not amazing. had one bed bug and cockroaches upstairs

Original room had bed bugs. Staff gave us another room to move into, but that is why I cannot give a 10 star review.

Do not stay here. They have bedbugs in the rooms which I found. The main reason for the poor review however is that many of the reviews for this place are fake as there are signs all around saying that you get free drinks for good reviews. I do not like when hostels do this as it is misleading for travellers. Stay somewhere else.

Probably the worst hostel I’ve been to, the whole property looks nothing like the advertised photos, it felt like a prison. The room was filthy, cramped and felt like there was bed bugs. Left less than 30 mins into checking in and booked somewhere else. Completely disappointed, if I could score less I would
