- Booked this hotel by mistake because when I searched for hotels in ho chi Minh City or Saigon this f****** hotel came up in my search when it is in f****** Hanoi why the f*** is this f****** hotel listed in f****** ho chi Minh City Do your f****** job right you cuss me a lot of f****** stress and money f****** wasted
- I had to cancel my reservation. The chemical smell in the room was too strong. Bathroom is in the corridor, very uncomfortable.

- Do not book this accommodation! The price–performance ratio is a disaster. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel/hostel has such good reviews. We had a double room, and when we entered, it smelled terribly of dampness. There was mold all over the ceiling. The toilet also had a very strong, unpleasant smell. In addition, there were two large holes in the room where animals could get in. We had a large gecko in the room and ants as well. The room urgently needs a complete renovation. On top of that, the accommodation is located directly on the party street, so it is very loud at night. This was by far the worst room we had during our time in Vietnam, especially considering the price. Never again.

- I had to leave 4 days early. It was that bad. Everything was terrible. It deserves 0 zero. The facility was extremely dirty and noisy. There was only a thin cardboard wall between it and other rooms. It felt like we were living with them. The staff were insensitive and uncaring. You had to ask two or three times to have the room cleaned. The sheets and towels were old and of poor quality. Some rooms didn't even have a separate door next to the bed from the toilet. You could see other people using the toilet or bathroom. The beds were of poor quality and uncomfortable. The beds were wrapped in a plastic bag. When you move in bed, the plastic bag's noise was disturbing. When other people moved in the middle of the night, the sound of the plastic bag in the room was disturbing.

- たいていは我慢するがあまりにも酷いので２泊目以降をキャンセルして別のホステルに移った、ソファに寝転んだまま客と話す態度が悪い女性スタッフがいた これが全てを物語っています スタッフの教育が全くなっていない かなり広いドミトリーだったがエアコンの吹き出し口に近く凍えそうだった！
+ I really wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for solo female travelers. The cleanliness is a serious issue—everything is dirty, the sheets and blankets aren’t changed between guests, and there’s mold. You can hear absolutely everything, including people using the bathroom. The atmosphere is super weird, and there are some strange people staying there. The staff isn’t as friendly as you’d expect—the guy at the reception either seems completely uninterested or way too intense, like he’s working in a factory or on something. My key got demagnetized, and I ended up locked outside. I stayed in a four-person room, and it was already unbearable. Getting any sleep is nearly impossible. You’ll need a mask and earplugs just to rest a little. Avoid this place at all costs!

- La habitación, súper sucia, un día de los que estuvimos ni entraron a limpiar, y luego al día siguiente cuando entraron solo arreglaron las camas ni cambiaron las toalla no tiraron la papelera del baño, un asco todo, había cucarachas y todo estaba lleno de polvo por unas obras que habían. La recepción huele muy mal a humedades y más cosas. La peor experiencia de nuestras vidas, ojalá que muchos viajeros lean esto antes de reservar aquí y no cometan el mismo error que nosotros

- There are bed bugs in this hotel. And the one of beds that bed bugs were found was offered to another guest within just 2 hours we left it. The other bed was used by other tourists on next morning. Probably their handling of bed bugs is just changing bed sheets lol. They are not sincere at all , a middle aged woman is very high handed. We stayed 7 nights at dormitory room. My friend was bitten by something bugs at the first day. We thought they were bed bugs but we were not sure because it was first time to visit Vietnam. What if they were mosquitoes or just normal ticks.We used the other beds (my bed) from second day. But she had being bitten by somethings over and over again. Finally I found two bed bugs on my bed, and found shed its skin of bed bug on her bed early in the morning . I took pictures of them and caught them , then I told a receptionist. Two of receptionists were sleeping on sofas at reception, although this hostel is 24 hours open hotel. It was fine, I made one of them wake up and told about bed bugs. He offered us a new bed in the same dormitory room. Probably only one bed was available at the time. This few days, she was not able to go out for sightseeing and to sleep for long time as well. So she bought 3 types of anti itchy products. Next morning, we asked to compensate for these products. But the middle aged woman rejected the compensation of them. And she suggested compensation of one bed for one night. Or she would refund one more day if we check out on this day. That’s all. Our check out day was the next day. Even 24 hours wasn’t left. So we decided not to check out right away. Then, she requested us to remove our luggage from the lockers. At that time, we thought it was something wrong. Because we didn’t even think they offered these beds to next guests on the day!! However they did lol. this is terrible hostel.We told her that my friend was bitten on the first day and we had had to use one bed for two of us since the second night.

- BE CAREFUL! It’s not a hotel, it’s a cheap hostel for backpackers. You cannot sleep because of the noise on the street. The breakfast es extremely poor: just tomatoes and cucumbers , Noodles and bananas. If you ask, they make eggs. But for the price €30 per night, there are way better hotels ( it’s my second time in Hanoi) Another thing they do, is when you complaint like “can you repair the window that doesn’t close and hear the noises of the street” (2:30am) they just cancel your stay there so you cannot rate them in booking. It’s so unfair. They pretend to be nice but they talk crap.

Really good location, great & friendly staff! Room good, pretty basic & really good breakfast included! Great value! Also was quiet to sleep in & couldn’t hear clubs on Main Street which was a plus
Inicialmente marquei um quarto privado com wc partilhada e acabei por fazer o upgrade para uma suíte. No entanto, o valor que me foi pedido pelo hotel foi muito mais alto do que o que aparecia no Hostelworld pelo mesmo quarto. O quarto e a cama eram muito confortáveis, o AC funcionou bem, mas não havia absolutamente isolamento sonoro nenhum nem para o corredor nem para a rua. Apesar de não ser culpa do hotel, acordei às 2 da manhã com alguém a bater à porta do lado e a gritar insistente...
I initially booked a private room with shared toilet and ended up up upgrading to a suite. however, the price I was asked by the hotel was much higher than what was listed on Hostelworld for the same room. the room and bed were very comfortable, the AC worked fine, but there was absolutely no soundproofing either for the hallway or the street. although it was not the hotel's fault, I woke up at 2am with someone knocking on the next door and screaming insistently.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The reception lad was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was great and so pleased we included this with our stay. We had a 4 bed dorm so it felt really safe. Beds lovely and clean. Floor could've done with a mop and the sink needed a clean. But overall it was fab. Thank you

+ Me gustó absolutamente todo. Imposible mejorar la limpieza, está ubicado en una de las zonas más alegres y céntricas de la ciudad, el personal atento y profesional y un precio más que razonable.
- Por poner una pega, el colchón de mi cama tenía una dureza excesiva, pero quizás se trataba de una excepción
+ Very value for money. Super central area in Old Quarter. The staff helped me book my trips to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, and Sa Pa with any issue, and at good price.
