Poshpack Skyline Hostel

It’s less a hostel, more like a shared flat in an apartment complex. The view is amazing, however it’s very annoying they only do have a limited amount of key cards, that’s why you most of the time have to text the guys from the hostel to come down for you to take the elevator up. The same applies for going down. Until that problem is solved, I would not stay there again.

The location is great and is a very social hostel. It’s comfortable and clean. Though it’s in an apartment building where you need a key card to go in and out so you will need to wait in the lobby the first time you check in and for the subsequent times you’ll need to get a loaner card to go up and down. The photos indicates pool and gym or rooftop but it’s not accessible because they are for long term residents only. They have only one bathroom for 3 rooms of 6 bunk beds in each roo...

Pros: Great location, comfy beds with two pillows, best view ever, loved the pool. Cons: Co living rather than a social hostel, air conditioning was only on between 7pm -7am which made chilling in the hostel hot around 12-3 when you get in from exploring.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hostel. Dadurch dass es ein Apartment ist, und somit eher klein entsteht eine sehr familiäre und nette Atmosphäre. Das Gym, welches mitgenutzt werden kann ist sehr gut, allerdings hätte ich von dem Pool etwas mehr erwartet. Es gibt dort keine Liegen oder so, sodass man nicht wirklich dort entspannen kann. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, man hat eine echt sehr gute Aussicht und es ist nicht weit zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Was a great stay — you’re in an apartment building where one apartment has been converted to dorm beds. The only annoying thing is that there aren’t enough keys for everyone to have their own & the flat is on the 38th floor so the elevator takes forevvvver. However, being so high up provides spectacular views! Bathrooms are fine, free water & kind staff.

One of the best hostels that I ve staved in so far and I ve been to 100+ all over the world! Swmming pool, gym, in the city centre with a view to the sights 10/10

Lovely stay! The host and his fiance were so nice and welcoming. They hosted a family dinner and we played lots of games. Beds were super comfy with two pillows and great AC 👌

I’ve been traveling for a couple of months now and this hostel is def one of my favorites. Breathtaking views and honestly thats enough of a reason to book. But apart from that theres a pool (!!) and it’s super super clean. Also one of the best mattresses I’ve in a long time, sheets smelled heavenly and you get 2 cushions!

I usually don’t review but I had to! This hostel was super good, it’s opened in february I think so that explains the little reviews. It’s sort of co-living in an apartment complex with access to a gym & pool. The view is unreal and vibe was very social since everyone is hanging out in the living room and eating together. Very good kitchen and the owner Saif was super friendly and even offered a free dinner to everyone one night. Super close to the station and walkable to so many places.

While in Malaysia I frequently had to return to KL for transfers and every time I stayed at Poshpack (4 times in total!) as each time I was guaranteed to meet some lovely people and knew I'd get a good night's sleep. Saif is a brilliant owner who you can tell genuinely cares about people, and Bryan is always on hand to help with anything. Chilling on the balcony with a beer to enjoy an amazing view will be something I'll miss for sure!

Highly recommend this place. The vibe is super social, more like a group of friends sharing a flat than a hostel. I would return to Kuala Lumpur just to stay here again!! Lovely facilities and so clean. Atmosphere was like a family. Excellent location right next to the Petronas Towers.

Overall a great stay. I was only there for two nights, and the bunks were nice, and the beds were comfy. Really can’t beat the views! The pool was unfortunately closed due to maintenance, but the hostel owners made a valiant effort to let me use the pool next door, which was also closed for maintenance. Bad luck, but the extra effort was noted. Saif, the owner, is very personable and took a group of us out on my first night which was good fun! Would def return if I’m ever in Kuala Lumpur aga...

So good that I extended to 8 nights! The staff that works there are the most welcoming and charming people you can find and they are after you with everything you need. The location is amazing, close to MRT stations (5-8min away) and 10 min walk to KLCC (Petronas), they have a mini market across the street so you can buy groceries for cooking later. They clean every single day, so it's spotless. And the view... wait to see the view.

This is the best hostel i've stayed in during my whole backpacking trip. Saif (the host) is amazing and makes you feel really welcome! I recommend this hostel to everyone who is staying in Kuala Lumpur!

TLDR; Book it now!! The best place you can get on KL!! Honestly, this is the place you want to get if you value comfort, quietness, friendship, socializing, everything. The way the place is built is perfect for socializing, having food toghether and spending good time without disturbing your sleep, so you have the best of both worlds. Ich hatte einen wirklich sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Poshpack Hostel. Die Lage ist top und die Aussicht einfach richtig schön – perfekt, um die Stadt zu genießen. Alles ist sehr sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Leute dort: einfach super entspannt, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben. Mir hat es so gut gefallen, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt sogar verlängert habe. Viele Grüße an Saif und Bryan! Klare Empfehlung!

Loved staying here and coming back again! Bunk beds were super comfortable and private with good plugs, bathrooms felt really clean and the facilities were great. Don't worry about the key card situation in previous comments- the hostel is very new and this has been recently rectified with a new system which works well. The vibes are good- quiet in the day, but at night everyone chills in the living areas and chats. Saif and Brian were also great hosts.

Really good balcony views, very well maintained toilets and rooms. Beds are in great condition too with curtains.
