A mon arrivée l'accueil était fermé alors que j'étais dans les horaires d'ouverture. Pour accéder à l'auberge il faut utiliser l'interphone qui vous met en contact avec quelqu'un qui n'est pas sur place. Il ne parle pas le français (nous sommes à Genève). Et pour entrer vous devez envoyer par mail une photo de votre pièce d'identité et ensuite il vous envoie par mail les codes d'entrée et votre numéro de lit. When I arrived the reception was closed while I was in the opening hours. To access the hostel you have to use the intercom which puts you in contact with someone who is not there. He does not speak French (we are in Geneva). And to enter you have to mail a photo of your ID and then he sends you by mail the entrance codes and your bed number. My bed was not made and everything was sold. After complaint by mail and call I was given a .
L'hostel est très propre cependant les échelles ne sont vraiment pas pratique mais tout le reste est sécurisé. Il faut savoir parler un minimum anglais.
The hostel is very clean however the stairs are really not practical but everything else is secure. you need to know how to speak a minimum of english.
One of my favorite hostels I’ve ever stayed in!!!! The capsules are such a neat idea. The only downside is it does get a bit hot in them & the compartments in the capsules had food stains/crumbs in them. Beds were comfortable and everything else was spotless! I also felt super safe. Would stay again and again and again
Excellent property really enjoyed our stay; the manager was super quick in emailing and helping us check in :)
