- 服務態度及整潔度令人不滿，廁所跟浴室因為通風不良，裡面有點悶臭，枕頭有黃漬，垃圾桶的垃圾也常常堆的像山，沒有執勤的服務人員即時留意，櫃檯不是24小時，如果有問題也不會即時回覆的，因為第一天入住發現床位靠窗邊，加上暖氣也吹不到我睡得位置，冷的我穿發熱衣睡覺，但晚上沒有服務人員，只好訊息他們，第一晚沒有收到回應，第二晚我再一次丟了訊息，還是沒有回覆，所以第三天我再丟了訊息，終於在我冷了三天後回覆我了，給我的回應是：「沒有其他人反應冷，你發燒了，建議你洗熱水澡，多喝溫水。」這樣的服務態度讓我真的是蠻詫異也覺得很冒犯，再完全沒有瞭解情況的時候直接說了這樣的判斷，沒有提供解決方法就算是提供小毯子或試著調整空調，就這樣直接判定並且直接不願意協助顧客，對於三天後才收到回覆已經覺得很無語了還要收到這種回覆，住宿的舒適度、整潔度不盡完美都本來還可以接受，但這樣的服務態度真的才是不能接受的。

- 1. It was nobody in the reception, there was no one to ask, to get help. It was very uncomfortable, if it was something wrong I didn't know what to do. Very unpleasant. 2. No any common space to communicate with other guest, not at all. You have your bed and that's it. I like to stay in the hostels because you can talk to other people. But in this hostel you can't do this. 3. Not enough toilets and showers. 4. There are no hooks to hang your clothes and towels, everything has to be on your bed, even wet towels, very uncomfortable. 5. There is no fridge to keep food, even yogurt for breakfast. Thee is a very small fridge but only for drinks. Hey, it's a hostel, people save money to cook (nowhere to cook as well) or at least to have some ready eaten food. No, you can't do it here. 6. price is very high for such place. 7. very uncomfortable to check in by yourself! I needed to check in fast but I couldn't do it for some reason and there was no one to help me. Not a guest friendly. 8. It is written that there is a tea ceremony. But no tea ceremony, nothing. Why you lie?

- 寝ようとして初めて布団に入ろうとしたら内側に他人の毛が髪の毛がたくさん入っていました。枕にもついててびっくりしました。私の髪の毛ではありません。スタッフもいなかったので諦めて床に落として寝ましたがこんな経験は初めてです。予約していた2日目は泊まらずに他のホテルをとりました。

+ Very little to like, sadly. The location is good and the price is very low. People staying here seemed nice.

- When I arrived, I think about 6pm or so, there was no staff present. I checked in digitally and got a text telling me the place is only staffed between 12-4pm. I get inside, and the hallway-made-reception is filthy and messy. There's literally stuff everywhere. Trash, personal items, slippers- across the table, bench and reception desk. I move on to my dorm- and the lock is broken. Inside the pods are very close, as in there's a tiny space between the entrances either side- and again there's slippers, bits of trash and shoe baskets everywhere. I was so upset by the state of the place, the fact that there was no staff, and a broken lock. I emailed Enso about this, and never heard back. I spent the evening stress crying in my pod- which btw anyone can see into at the edges, even when the curtain is drawn down. I also contacted Booking.com about feeling unsafe- and despite promising to get back to me within 12 hours (not exactly a great timeframe when you're feeling unsafe)- they didn't get back to me until my holiday was over. The next day I wasn't at the location between 12 and 4, so I didn't see any staff. I stayed one more night before I managed to book a different accommodation- another pod hotel that was FAR superior. Since then I have been in contact with Enso about the above and all they've said is that they cant give a refund based on cleanliness. Nevermind the staffing and lock issue. I'm told they've doubled their staffing hours since, but again, this didn't happen during my stay. The "common area" is also very small, nowhere private to have a phone call, and only had a water machine, kettle and small fridge.

+ The location is good to access the city centre. The facilities is new.

- I am very disappointed about the hostel arrangements. 1. It is told my booking is female dorm and I found a male lived in the same room on the 2nd day. I thought it was overbooking issue, but it’s quite ridiculous. 2. The area with washing basin with the light off after 8pm on the 1st day. You need to brush the teeth and washing face in dark. I witnessed the staff turned them off before he is off on 8pm. On the 2nd day, I complained and he said “someone” did this which is not their intention. 3. The gap between bed had some hairs. 4. The wooden design made any noise in the room become very obvious, even someone talk in the common area can be heard. Not recommended for anyone sensitive with noise. 5. There is cctv in the dorm corridors and it was not mentioned. While no cctv in the common area and any other places for a no staff hostel from 8pm to 10am.

- Le quartier manque d'attrait Mais surtout : impossible de joindre un responsable pour un problème de double paiement que j'ai rencontré. Le staff sur place est très agréable et aidant pour les choses courantes, mais j'ai essayé de joindre quelqu'un pour mon problème de réservation un mois avant par mail et téléphone, puis sur place à nouveau, auprès du staff, et par chat avec l'application de Check in / Check out. Sans résultat : total j'ai payé deux fois la réservation et je n'ai jamais pu annuler cette erreur. Du coup ça fait cher la cabine pour moi !

+ スタッフさんが常駐ではないのでメールでのやりとりになりますが丁寧に早々に対応してもらえました。

- ロッカーが使えなかったこととセキュリティがしっかりしてることは安心でしたが､トイレに気軽に行けず、というのも暗証番号覚えれなくて解除の方法がわかりにくいです。ホテルの入り口も迷いました。

+ 很安靜的環境，住宿期間房客品質都很高 會互相幫旁也很有禮貌不會吵到其他住客 隔壁就是愛電王，退房還可以去逛逛後再離開，超級方便！

+ 駅近くで良い。 気さくに話しやすく親切。

- タオルが、臭う。 チェックインの仕方が時間かかる。 所在がわかりにくい。

+ Établissement super bien situé dans un quartier très vivant. Accès aux chambres très sécurisé, cabine de chambre et coffre sous le lit (fermé par code de sécurité), serviettes changées tout les jours, commodités au top. Mention spécial pour les produits mis à disposition par l’hôtel qui sont incroyables!

+ 洗澡的地方都很即時清理 一直保持乾淨 床偏軟但還算好睡

+ 도쿄에서 이정도면 가성비가 좋다고 생각합니다. 위치도 아카사카미쯔시 역에서 바로 보이는 위치라 가깝고 엘레베이터로 쉽게 들어갈 수 있는 점도 좋습니다. 짐을 일찍 맡기고 움직일 수 있는 점도 너무 편합니다. 도쿄 패스를 이용하신다면 역이 이용가능하다는 점에서 좋습니다. 제가 묵었던 방은 위에 묵는 사람이 없어서 소음이 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 침대가 프레임에 비해 매트가 살짝 여유 있어서 옆에 간단한 짐을 둘 수 있습니다.

- 짐을 펼치면서 둘 곳 이 애매합니다. 저는 짐을 침대 밑에 펼쳐두고 꺼내면서 이용했습니다. 다만 사람이 움직이지 않을때만 가능하고 다 펼치면 통로를 막게 되어 눈치가 보입니다. 다른 곳이랑 달리 남여 분리가 방으로 되어 있어 온전히 여자 분들과 지내는 느낌은 아닙니다. 모르고 가시면 처음에 당황스러울 수 있습니다. 마지막으로 이 점을 꼭 말하고 싶었습니다. 매일 매일 침구류를 정리해주시지 않는 것은 본인이 깔끔하게 쓰면 되는 문제라고 생각합니다. 하지만 3박을 이용했는데 마지막 날에 제대로 된 수건 지급이 되지 않은 점은 조금 불편했습니다. 기존에 큰 타월과 작은 타월 주시는데 해당 일에는 큰 타월 한 장만 그것도 바른 형태가 아닌 무성의하게 있는 모습이 인상에 좋지 않았습니다. 그 모습 때문에 호텔에 너무 많은 더러움이 보이기 시작해 아쉬운 마무리라고 생각합니다.

+ Peaceful and clean. Amazing value for money. It was perfect. It’s on a fun but quiet street and is 1-min from the station. I loved it so much I’ve already rebooked!
