Kind of disorganised? There seemed to be one woman (who was lovely, don't get me wrong) doing almost everything 90% of the time and if she wasn't available, you were kind of left hanging until she was, or had to find a workaround. I have quibbles about the showers and girls dorm beds, but honestly, for the price, it was a pretty solid place
