+ 温泉　キレイですねー

+ 清掃感が有り良かった。 朝食のコスパが良かった。

- ベッドのライトのスイッチの所か隙間風が入ってきたので、寒かった。

+ お風呂とトイレが新しく綺麗で良かった！

+ お風呂が広く、トイレも新しかったので子どもも使いやすかったです。 ウェルカムドリンクとかもあって子どもも喜んでいました！

- 手を拭くのにティッシュペーパーが置かれていたので、もう少し厚手のペーパーがよかった。

+ Pretty well everything - it's a really nice place to stay. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, very well set up for skiers, breakfast has everything you might need. Excellent value on the whole.

- Location is a little further out from the ski resorts than others - but if you're happy to get the free shuttle from the hostel, it doesn't matter.

+ If you’re heading to Hakuba, stay here. Max and the whole team go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The hostel is kept very clean and has a great atmosphere. The standout feature for me was the shuttle bus—it makes hitting the different ski resorts completely stress-free. Great people, great location, and great service. I’ll definitely be back!
