+ The staff were exceptional. The location is perfect.. close to everything. Loved the restaurant food and even the simple free breakfasts with green juice. Beautiful and charming accommodations. But the star was the staff. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.
- The deeply discounted room in the front ground level that I initially booked was too noisy, and I couldn't get much sleep. The pool was too cold to swim in in late February and could have used a cleaning.
+ Such a perfect place to getaway & make memories. Charming hotel, close to the town center, great price & staff.
- Water pressure in shower.

+ Our stay for a Literary Conference was made absolutely paradisical because of the wonderful hotel, the efficient and friendly staff, and the atmosphere of joy and liberty it exuded. We have rarely found a place in all our travels that was so welcoming and warm. We were made to feel at home in the truest sense of the word. When we return to San Miguel, we will not even consider staying at any other place. Incidentally, the meals were excellent, and even for breakfasts, the presentation of the food rivalled the Waldorf Astoria. Excellent in every respect, especially the helpful nature of the staff.

+ Fantastic, convenient location. Private room. Lovely decor. Sweet courtyard. Feels very safe. Great close proximity to the main Mexican market. I was in there 2-3 times a day for casual meals, fresh fruit or gift shopping.
- The bathroom had a strong mildew smell. I kept the door to the bathroom closed. There could be noise from the hallway.
+ Tolles kleines Hotel in bester Lage! Nette Details, leckeres Frühstück, Personal aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
- Liegt nicht im Ermessen des Hotels: es war ziemlich kalt und damit auch im Zimmer etwas ungemütlich, da keine Heizung vorhanden und das Wasser auch nicht wirklich warm
+ La ubicación las instalaciones, la habitación muy cómoda, limpia y bonita
- La alberca no es climatizada por la temporada no la pudimos utilizar seria un plus si tuviera caldera.
