+ Location is right on the blvd. Accessibility, but it is loud. Seems private once inside.

- The management were very rude. Locked me out of the property before check out because I had a guest come up that was banned unbeknownst to me. No warning or discussion just threats. It’s something they need to handle on their side because how would I know they banned someone. It wasn’t fair how I was accused and handled aggressively

- Its very noisy due to the clubs downstairs, you won’t be able to fall asleep

+ I really enjoyed this stay, it is a minimal space, perfect for artists in an inspiring neighborhood.

- I wish there was a way to store food, even a shared fridge.

+ the location. the beds were surprisingly comfortable. not too noisy. the staff left earplugs and there was a white noise machine in the room, which is very thoughtful

- it got hot once the sun came up, and it was surprisingly louder outside during the day than at night so opening the window for some air just made it hard to sleep.

+ the location is prime. the beds are surprisingly comfy. the price is unbeatable for a room this clean and comfortable in this location. they’re very thoughtful and the room comes with a white noise machine & ear plugs, since there is a loud bar directly downstairs.
