- Asansör yok valizlerle birlikte 2 kat o dik merdivenleri çıkmak çok zor ama neyseki resepsiyondaki beyfendi yardımcı oluyor. Odalar çok dar, üst ranzada kaldım yanları açıktı ve düşmekten korktum. Doğru düzgün bir dinlenme alanı yok nasıl bu kadar yüksek puan almış şaşırdım açıkçası.

Not worth the money. Your paying premium hostel price, but its not premium
I chose this hostel because of the amazing reviews on the app. However, when I went there the situation was a bit different. The rooms were dirty and also it was questionable how clean my bed sheets were. The bathroom was okay, although quite small. I booked 6 bedroom room but apparently I was staying in an 8 bedroom room (unfortunately I noticed this during my last day so it was already a bit useless to mention it). Overall, I would not recommend this hostel.
This is the most terrible place I've been. They clearly inflated the rating. Hostel is very dirty: dirty kitchen, dirty bathrooms, dirty rooms. I'm surprised why they didn't give themselves a rating of 18 or 30, and limited to only 9 points, the real rating of this place is 5. It's very cold everywhere, especially in the showers, as well as in the rooms and in the kitchen. The beds in the rooms are like in a prison, rooms are gloomy. Almost no windows. The hostel is on fourth floor No elevator!

+ The brown Asian man had behavioral issues and would position himself like a former felon above the staircase to stand over you and lunge forward in a dick move when you arrived and walked up the stairs. it was rude offensive and something brown people do

what is there to say other than the staff were exceptional, the facilities were excellent, and the location was in the heart of undoubtedly the most interesting part of San Francisco?! special thanks to Asad for welcoming and supporting any needs during my 2 night stay. I would definitely come back! a very easy 5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐!!
The hostel was very clean and the staff was very kind. They had activities going on frequently and informed you of activities around San Francisco. I was in SF for a class and went to bed relatively early and got up early. Everyone followed the quiet hours and it was easy to sleep. Would definitely stay again.
Chill, peaceful hostel that felt like home! Super helpful staff, plenty activities and communication between guests, would be great for any traveller looking for a peaceful stay in great location or to meet other travellers too! I will be coming back

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff! Spacious storage units under beds. Comfortable mattresses and warm blankets. Convenient door entry system. Good water pressure and warm water in the showers, which are well-lit. Street noise is fine/minimal as long as you remember to close the window at bedtime

+ Everything was perfect.. we stayed for 2 nights and we were near everything.. the man in reception was so kind and helpful.. it’s the perfect place to stay in San Francisco!!!!!!

+ There are a few aspects that I loved - location, staff, social events through the week, meeting fellow travelers. Whatever you need or have an question about just ask away.
- More like I missed the detail - there are stairs to get to the rooms. It's on the level 3 and 4 of the building with reception on level 4. This is an old, tall ceiling building so be mindful of that. It's a bit inconvenience but a detail worth paying attention to.
