Wc spoelde niet door, kraan werkte niet. Ontbijt begon te laat

I picked this place for the high rates, surprisingly. The staff (a couple) is not welcoming nor warm, i felt they were doing me a favor everytime i needed something. They upgraded me for free (appreciated), but the hostel conditions are very poor, extremely dirty, bathrooms and kitchen really make you not want to use them. It was also very cold, since all floors are in open air literally.

Lovely family run hostel, the only downside was there is no hot water.

Living room was solely used by the family so there was a lack of social space. The private we rented smelt of drains, the shower and light didn't work also. Good availability of tours at the front desk.

Hostel très calme parfait pour se reposer. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse. Parfois quelques problèmes avec la wifi et l’eau chaude.

Bon rapport qualité / prix. Grande chambre, propre, douche chaude, lit confortable. Petit déjeuner inclut mais aucune variété ( pain, bananes et confiture) avant une trek ce n’est pas trop nourrissant. La famille vit sur place (2 jeunes enfants) avec qui nous partageons la cuisine (nous sommes arrivés pour cuisiner un soir à 20h00 et avons interrompu un dîner de famille, ils étaient 8 à table) on avait donc parfois l’impression d’être des intrus.

Spacious room in a nice family run BnB. Decent breakfast. Really helpful and easy to book for activities/tours e.g. Laguna Paron and Laguna 69. However, we found the bedding a little uncomfortable and the shower was cold/luke warm for our whole stay which was a big downside.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel. The owner of the place is very helpful and nice. The rooms are clean and the water is warm. The tours from this hostel are great as well. Highly recommend!

me quede en este hostel por 1 noche, me hubiese gustado quedar mas tiempo pero era mi ultimo día en Huaraz después de un trek de 4 días, el lugar es buenísimo, tranquilo, limpio y personal muy amable y atento. lo recomiendo.

Buen lugar, camas muy cómodas, desayuno básico pero completo, la familia que lo administra son encantadores.

Great place to stay ! The family who owns the hostel are incredibly hospitable and kind. You can book tours directly from the hostel. Breakfast is included and the kitchen is really nice. I enjoyed my time there! Just be aware that if you are out past 11pm you can get locked out !

I had a great stay here! The host family is amazing - great vibes from everyone. Even though I arrived past checkin time, they made sure to accommodate me. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities clean. Only the social areas are a bit small.

We felt super welcomed in the hostel. Everything is clean and it is very close to the city Center. We would really recommend to stay here!

Good hostel to laid back before a trek. Not a party hostel but great location to visit the city as well. The breakfast is nice

Un excelente lugar para hospedarse, muy cerca de la plaza de armas y de tiendas. Los dueños son muy serviciales y puedes dejar tu maleta antes y despues del horario mientras haces los tours. Las camas son comodas y la Cocina tiene buenos utensilios.

Nice clean hostel run by a lovely family. Really good tours available very cheaply from reception. Breakfast also good, and a large kitchen to make food in. No real bar/common area so not much of a party hostel but the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the areas round Huaraz.
