- Room mat is warey bad
+ Blatant discrimination presented by the host prevented me from staying there. Booking.com should not be associated with this kind of behaviour, if it has any kind of decency. Also, I have not received a refund for this paid for booking.

+ The location was very good, the view from the room spectacular and the swimming pool (that however is not private but shared with everyone on the building) was amazing.
- There were many cockroaches (mainly in the bathrooms and the kitchen). The host was very rude and aggressive. I had not read thoroughly the reviews before, but after staying I did and the way the host answers to every single negative review gives a good idea of his temper and attitude (he will probably do the same to this one too). There was a curfew at the common spaces, so you were not allowed to use the kitchen or the living room after a certain time. Visitors were not accepted anywhere, not even the common spaces, at any time of the day. That, however, had not been communicated in advance. The door of the property was not locked, so anyone that had access on that floor of the residence, could enter the common space, were the safes/lockers were also located.

+ Very noisy in room cause don’t have any door and don’t have air condition in living room.
- The salaried employee turns the lights off at midnight every night in the living room while I'm working on my computer. There's no over-conditioning in the living room and it's very hot. The employee comes to open the curtains in the bedroom while you are sleeping. The air conditioning leaks on my bed and my bed is wet. I've fallen out of bed several times because the bed is broken. The boards are not of good quality. It's not safe. The employee disrespected me by making me sleep alone outside the hotel because he made an organizational error and I had to sleep one night elsewhere even though I had already paid and confirmed. I do not recommend this hostel Benjamin.

- 1. The bedroom is directly integrated into the living room without a door, so it's extremely noisy and you can't sleep. 2. The air-conditioning leaks water. My bed was wet several times a day. The staff did nothing to fix it. 3. My bed was broken. Every time I moved the bed boards broke and I fell out of bed. It wasn't fixed. 4. The living room has no air-conditioning. It's very hot. 5. The employee turns off the lights every night in the lliving room at midnight while you are working on your computer. 6. I had to book a night in another hotel because the employee asked me to go and sleep somewhere else because he made a mistake in the reservations and didn't want to cancel his other customer's reservation. I had already booked well before him. Very disrespectful of the salaried employee. 7. Bed of poor quality ( matela will hurt your back because they are worn, it's like sleeping in a hole) 8. The employee opens the curtains while you are sleeping. Very disrespectful.

- The staff was very disrespectful.. They doubted every guest. They try to charge 50 ringit( the deposit amount) for something which was not done by us. Tried creating unwanted problems. Very disrespectful staff.. Choose other hotel.. Even if it's bit costly..

- 1-BED BUGS!!! I got many bites in my legs and behind my ear!! Noticed by me and my roommates and we had to wash all the clothes. 2-COCKROACHES!!! Every where specifically in the kitchen, don't leave any food outside the fridge. They walk all over everything in the house! 3- I booked this property for the good reviews specially about the owner. We had a problem regarding the AC, one roommate was sick and turned off the AC since night and the humidity in the city is terrible! The room is the only place you can enjoy the AC and it was turned off. I complained to him with my other roommate, he ended up adjusting the AC at 25 (which is not "cool" and wasn't enough) with quite mode AND HE TOOK THE REMOTE CONTROL!!! however after too much discussion we changed beds and she was away from the AC . He could manage this problem better. I stay in hostels all over the world and this never happened. He was rude in the conversation and said "stop texting me about these issues "!!!! That wasn't acceptable.. 4-AC wasn't turned also in the living room and you die of humidity once you get out the room.

+ Very clean with everything you might need during your stay. The owner is very welcoming and helpful! Location is near everything and at night there’s a beautiful view to the Petronas twin towers.

- Owner limited pool access to 4-10 pm which is very disappointing as the morning and mid day its open! Not too sure what that’s about. The common area was large but noone used as it was so HOT!! No aircon. Had to stay in room( not very social) the bathroom had great pressure and good facilities but was poorly cleaned. In sink i could scrape build up from around plug. Floor to back of toilet unclean. Mirror needs replacing.
+ Strategically located close to KLCC where a lot of international conferences/workshops happen. The environmental ambience is quite phenomenal. A small television within the single room would make any guest's stay more memorable.

+ 2泊だけ滞在しましたが、ロケーションと部屋からのビューがとても良かったです。雑居ビルの一室にあるので最初は少し不安でしたが、オーナーの返信が早く、スムーズに対応してもらえました。また利用したいと思います。

+ Chambre très propre et très spacieuse. Emplacement idéale pour prendre le métro et aller partout facilement.
- Assez bruyant car à côté d’une grand axe routier. Il faut payer 10RYM en plus pour laisser ses bagages après le Check-out et dépendre des horaires du responsable.. donc pas très flexible..

The owner was so nice and helpful. The view from the female dorm was also great and the facilities were clean and modern. This is not a very social hostel but that was not what I was looking for either.
