+ Było zimno, nie prawidłowy adres.
- The apartment was dirty, very dusty, couldn’t use the kettle as there was loose limescale in it, dirty wet glasses in the kitchen. Have been charged extra for a baby cot and there was no lining at all, the sofa bed was cut in half very uncomfortable to sleep in it. Shower was leaking a lot near the toilet and there was no extra towel to clean it up, not even a towel for the baby, in the shower there was only a blue strong men scent in the shower. The wardrobe door was so noisy when opening that even woke up my partner. Definitely not coming back there! Tried to get in touch before making this review but no answer at all!

+ Located in a nice part of town.
- We arrived on time for our second reservation and waited in freezing weather without any access information. I reached out asking for check-in details and the response arrived over an hour later, which was two hours past check in time, by then my family had already been waiting too long in freezing temperatures and had no reasonable choice except to leave and seek shelter elsewhere. That is why we did not physically enter or complete the stay. Calling that a no-show ignores the key fact that we were present and locked out. During our first stay at this same property, messages were ignored or delayed and problems like unusable internet, a bathroom leak and hot water running out were never addressed. The pattern with this property is slow or non-existent communication and no accountability when things go wrong. I am posting this review because future guests deserve to know what happened. If check-in instructions require chasing and communication cannot be counted on, you should be prepared for the same situation. I would not recommend this property based on two separate experiences with the same issues. If things go wrong here don’t expect a professional response or really any kind of response at all. The whole situation just seemed very malicious and unnecessary. It can also be seen in my previous review by the tenants response that they tend to deflect responsibility. I fully completed my first stay Dec 13-16, but they somehow got it mixed up with my Dec 26-27 stay and claimed I never showed up. Not sure if this is a honest mistake or a lie to deflect responsibility.

- DO NOT BOOK! SCAM! most unprofessional and rudest host i’ve ever had. we booked a 3 BEDROOM apartment and arrived at a 1 bedroom BEDSIT with 1 double bed, a single bed and a pull out bed. when asked to resolve the problem when given the wrong room the host told us it was “not his problem” and we were told not to contact him because he was “in bed asleep” and also took £91 from the bank without authorisation for an “extra bed” that we never even recieved. host also told us we had to pay for an “additional guest” even though our whole part had paid and the room (that we had booked but didn’t receive) was for a maximum of 5 people. breakfast was said to be included that we didn’t receive, and the stairs to the apartment caused one of our party to be injured. we also were told on the day of arrival that we would have no water in the apartment and also that we had been watched on cameras the whole time from the host himself. we tried to resolve problems and the host had nothing but a bad attitude and even blocked our number from contacting him. i wouldn’t even give this place 1 star and would NOT recommend booking.

- The fact that you get charged after you leave for a showel gel dispenser that was broken on arrival. I will add they claimed this to be mechanical... they sent me a picture of a piece of broken plastic and made an unathorised transaction from my card amounting to £82.89 to replace. They did not provide any property handover documents of current conditions. You would think this should be custom and practice if they are in the habit of charging people like this for alleged damage. I have raised this directly with booking.com as they are refusing to refund me and I will be flagging this with my bank as an unauthorised transaction. Word of warning to anyone staying here take pictures on arrival, or if you can boycot these apartments altogether!
- The apt had a dirty sticky table and very bad uncomfortable pillows with dirty sheets. Very cold apartment as well
- Blood stains on the bed,no toilet paper

- Apartament wymaga remontu. Widać, że intensywnie wykorzystywany. Kuchnia bardzo ciemna. Brak zmywarki. Nie udało się nam znaleźć gąbki ani płynu do mycia naczyń więc mycie naczyń to był wyczyn. Czystość w kuchni też raczej średnia.

- Грязно. Посуда липкая и жирная, мусор по углам, окна грязные, полки в шкафу пришлось протирають, т.к. вся одежда вымазывалась в пыли. В наличии один нож, весь щербатый и крошится в еду. Персонал реагирует только на сообщения, которые интересует только их. В квартире по приезду климат-контроль был настроен на +8 град. Каждое наше поднятие настроек до 22 градусов приводило к тому, что через некоторое время удаленно персонал снижал температуру до 18 град, а если и это не отключало отопление, то до 8 град. Особенно это сказывалось ночью. К 6:00 просыпались замёрзшие, т.к. отопление хозяин подкручивал к 8 градусам, а одеяла все одинарные и каждому одеяла не хватило (нас было 5 чел., а одеял 4). Отсутствует лифт. Если вы молоды и без детей с колясками, планируете питаться в ресторанах, а не в квартире и любите пить кофе утром на балконе с красивым видом - то этот вариант для вас. Но для семей с маленькими детьми не рекомендую.
+ Kontakt z właścicielem, czystość i jasne wskazówki dotarcia do apartamentu. Wspaniała lokalizacja, choć wieczorami trochę głośno (logiczne w centrum miasta;)).
- Apartamenty znajdują się na ostatnim piętrze, jeśli ktoś ma duże bagaże to może być ciężej wnieść. Widać,że apartamenty są często eksploatowane, są szczegóły do wyremontowania ale nie wpływa to na komfort użytkowania, bardziej kwestia wizualna:)

+ lokalizacja w centrum Kazimierza, bardzo czysty apartament, atutem jest funkcjonalna kuchnia
- wszystko ok, ale można dodać zasłony, bo pokój jest od południa i słońce mocno grzeje, a w nocy jest mało prywatności (okna na ruchliwy skwer)
+ Super położenie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wszędzie blisko
- Brak śniadan na miejscu
