+ Bardzo miła obsługa
- Hotel powinien przejść pilny remont - naprawdę PILNY !!!! Z opisu jednoznacznie nie wynika, że można otrzymać hotel z prywatną łazienką , która znajduje się po drugiej strony korytarza - to jest bardzo niewygodne
+ The location in Sliema county
- 1. I did not receive the necessary accommodation data in advance, which led to a wait on the sidewalk of about 40 minutes. Shortly after, I entered the lobby with the exit of another guest, I managed to call and later I received the data by email. 2. I received room 19, which I was dissatisfied with because of a heavy, musty, very heavy smell in the clothes closet. In the morning I noticed that the old building smell is everywhere. Moreover, in the morning the bathroom smelled like sewage, so much so that I felt sick. 3. I asked for earlier check-out due to the poor conditions mentioned, but the owner was very rude and she din not take in considerations the canvelation policy which mentioned that in case of cancel only the first night will be penalty. 4. I cannot stay in that conditions and I booked in other hotel in order to have a good accomodations. They did not refund me for nights canceled.
+ The staff was friendly, the breakfast nice but the same each day. The location is ok, near the bus and port. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby and also a very nice promenade. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable.
- The building is in very bad shape. The smell is very bad as soon as you enter the building and it persists everywhere due to the lack of windows. It smells of old and mold. The ceiling is in bad condition (paint falling down). The bathroom smells the worst like something died in the sewer and there was no window that we could open.The smell went directly into the room mixing with the smell of old and mold. The pictures don't reflect reality and I don't understand how they have such a big score on booking. In our room(with terrace) there were 2 entrances , one through the terrace and another through some very bad spiral stairs (abrupt and very long) that were not separated from the room with a door. It felt like having a well in the room.

- Camera e bagno squallidi e piccolissime, letti ed asciugamani indecenti.
- Very small room without normal conditions to live there.

+ Ottima posizione, colazione abbastanza buona e personale gentile. Aria condizionata molto efficiente.
- Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti negativi, in primis la pulizia della camera e non solo, a partire dai cuscini, dalle lenzuola, dagli asciugamani e copriletti. Appena entri l’odore sgradevole si fa sentire. Pareti con umidità eccessiva e soprattutto tutte scrostate e piene di muffa. Un altro aspetto negativo è stato il fatto che noi abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e per due volte durante la settimana di soggiorno ci sono stati portati solo 3 asciugamani. Inoltre non ci hanno portato il rotolo di carta igienica di ricambio e l’ultimo giorno abbiamo dovuto utilizzare fazzoletti acquistati da noi. Infine alcune delle finestre del nostro balcone non si chiudevano.

- Номер ужасный. Сырость, воняет сыростью. Всё бельё сырое. Номер грязный. Тераса грязная. Солнце не на терасу, не в окна не попадает. Номер старый. Душевая сломана.

+ Beautiful hostel in a modern but heritage building. In the perfect location. Close to shops and main beach but far enough away from the car and busy street noise. Rooms were clean and stocked and the breakfast in the morning was lovely

+ Hotel położony blisko przystanku autobusowego. Cichy i spokojny. Śniadania na tarasie robią robotę :) Dobrze wziąć podwójne łóżko, bo pokój z pojedynczymi łóżkami (nr. 20) pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Obsługa przesympatyczna. Rozwiązuje wszystkie problemy w mig!
- Wilgoć w pokoju. Na szczęście jest klimatyzator, który można nastawić na grzanie
+ Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do przystanku i na promenadę. W pokoju żelazko i suszarka, dostęp do ogólnej kuchni. Obsługa uprzejma i pomocna. Przyjemnością było jedzenie śniadania na tarasie na powietrzu. Samo śniadanie ok, każdy żnajdzie coś dla siebie. Opuszczaliśmy hotel o 6 rano, otrzymaliśmy śniadanie na wynos z niespodzianką. Pokój z ogródkiem, niestety z uwagi na pogodę nie było okazji go używać. Ogólnie miła atmosfera, także czystość na wysokim poziomie.
- Jedynym minusem była wilgoć w pokoju i łazience, szczególnie, że trafiliśmy na deszczową pogodę więc był problem z suszeniem ręczników.

+ Excellent customer service, perfect location only 3min from the beach, loads of shops and restaurants around and only 12 min walking to StJulian. Breakfast with fresh omelette was a plus!
- Towels didn't smell nice, even after changing them.

+ It is over a 100 year old converted Guest House with full of antique furniture, paintings and well kept. Stairs are confusing but that’s the fun part ..
- My first room had a slight smell and the bedding did not feel very fresh, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably the first night. The next morning I asked if it was possible to change rooms, and the staff changed my room immediately without asking any questions, which I really appreciated. The second room was much better. I believe the location of the room helped as it was more open and had better ventilation, so there was no smell. One area that could still be improved is the bedding quality and freshness. I understand this was a single room and executive rooms may have better amenities, but it would still be great if single rooms were also maintained with very fresh bedding and no odour.

+ Very nice and tasty breakfast, friendly staff, great location to explore the island and enjoy the seaside! You can even use a shared kitchen with fridge and microwave and even a vending machine to get a drink.
- - My room was extremely humid, towels never dried, my dissolvable vitamins pills got activated just from the humid room's air.

- A table and chairs for 4 people to play cards without disturbing guests! Otherwise great place to stay !
+ This is a hotel that feels like a Maltese home. Cozy, very clean and such friendly and helpful people. Breakfast is delicious on the roof terrace and the hotel is within walking distance to all the sights of Sliema. Thank you for your hospitality!
+ Jeżeli chcesz poczuć wyjątkowy klimat maltańskich starych kamieniczek - to miejsce jest idealne. Bardzo przyjemnie spędzony czas, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. I te śniadania na dachu 😁
