BEDBUGS!!! We stayed there for 3 nights and I woke up the second morning with a bedbug on my arm. We immediately told the staff but they said they couldn’t give us a refund so instead we could get moved to a different room. Apparently they’ve had a problem with bedbugs for over a year now as the reviews suggest, and the person working there also told me they close down once a month to spray everything. I guess it doesn’t work all that well… Lobby etc was nice to hang out but that was no...

We found some Bedbugs inside the beds. Not very clean. Staff was friendly. Location near City Center.

TW : punaises de lit Terrible expérience dans cet hostel. Nous sommes arrivées et nous avons appris que le dortoire femme que nous avions portant réservé n'était pas disponible. Nous avons donc accepté de prendre 2 lits dans le dortoire mixte bien plus grand. Sans même avoir à soulevé les draps nous avons constaté la présence de punaises de lit vivantes. Nous avons trouvé un autre logement. Les frais avancés pour réserver les lits n'ont pas été remboursés. À fuir.

Worst hostel ever. BED BUGS EVERYWHERE, they know it and don’t even care, told the reception, he was acting in front of another girl like i didn’t have any proof so i took a video. The receptionist started to be really rude and started shouting at me telling me to leave the hostel. I left and had to find an other hostel at 10:30 pm. NEVER go there, they are unrespectful, rude, and don’t even care about the bed bugs.

Huge bed bug issue. Was supposed to stay 2 nights but after the first night my friends and I noticed bed bugs in all of our bunks. I woke up with a bed bug moving on my pillow. We went to ask for a refund and before I even finished my sentence as to why the receptionist said “why bed bugs? We had the place cleaned for them 2 days ago”, he was well aware of the problem. He even tried to joke with us saying “Maybe the bedbugs were attracted to women”. Made us all extremely uncomfortable. W...

I had to leave after the first night because I was bitten by bed bugs. I didn't look at the reviews beforehand but if you check their google maps reviews you'll see it's a problem dating back years.

Clean hostel; no bed bugs!! Staff extremely extremely friendly and helpful. Great location - walking distance to everything in Tanah rata. Only thing I’d say is the 8 bed female dorm gets boiling hot cause there’s no AC which can make it hard to sleep… so maybe book in the massive dorm!

Clean, cozy, and comfortable hostel with a very welcoming atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and gave helpful recommendations for places to visit. Convenient location near restaurants and attractions. Felt warm and homey throughout the stay with a peaceful atmosphere and great value for money. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely hostel. Clean environment. They organised 1/2 day tour for me. Pretty nice. Just 5 min walking distance from the bus terminal. The local restaurants and convenient stores, all walking distance too.

Clean environment. The staff there will guide you which hiking trails best suited you. I also joined the local tour with a reasonal price. All were arranged by them. Overall satisfying. 👍

One of the best hostels ever. Great value for money. The bed is comfortable. Locker provided, privacy curtain, free wifi. Nothing to complain. Recommended

Absolutely loved my stay! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the main bus station and local cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and organized a tour, making it easy to meet people. The beds were super comfortable and had curtains for privacy, plus lockers with built-in chargers

I love my stay. the staff is helpful and the beds are incredibly comfortable with privacy curtains, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Everything is incredibly clean and modern. The location is great and near to transportation, cannot recommend this place enough!

The hostel is really nice, in a great location, and has great amenities. Sadly there is a bed bug infestation currently, at least in the all girl dorm. I’m leaving this review because I feel the staff aren’t taking it seriously enough.

The hostel is very good for a few nights to explore the highlands. It‘s well located. The beds and bathrooms are alright and they have a small common area. Especially for the price it‘s definitely worth it.

Meilleur hostel que j’ai pu faire, l’accueil est excellent. Il m’a beaucoup aidé, très serviable m’a donné des bons conseils, ça donne envie d’être son ami 🥹 J’ai passé un super moment, j’ai bien dormi, ça sent bon.. Un bonheur 🤭 J’y retournerai sans hésiter!!! 🤍

Reception guy was lovely, that was as much good we got from this place - my bunk walls were covered in sticky liquid, stains and mold, bed sheet had stains and it smelled, female dorm had off smell and so did toilets

A great place to stay for a few nights for a good nights sleep and chill atmosphere.

good location, great price, matresses must be old though, not that comfortable.. not the cleanest but ok, for that price i would stay there again :)

Its good for 2 nights or 3 nights but not more in my opinion. if you pick the mixed dorms theres no security its just open corridors i found that a bit weird ( women dorms are locked so thats good ) theres lockers with key, beds are fine. the common area is small but it does the job fine ! my issue was the toilets, they put the toilet paper in the common space bathroom, not in each toilet because showers are the toilet rooms. staff was lovely though and understands english well. tours are good

Great for 1-2 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that each bed had its own fan. Decent area to socialize and super close to the bus station.

everything was great

Its not bad but i just dont really enjoyed staying here. the 12 girls dorm is really narrow and you can barely walk around. location is near stuff but you have to cross some not nice roads to get there. Wouldnt stay another time but not horrible

Well run hostel, good location and clean property, personnel very helpful if you wish to go hiking on your own but they also offer tours

It’s fine for 1 night but never again the space was to small for our backpacks there where 8 beds in a small room. Not for me

Overall the stay was great, i had a peaceful time here. The staff was polite, and as for the bathroom, it’s clean. The bed was really comfy, i personally had a great sleep as someone who’s usually picky with environments.
