+ I like the facility very much.
- In previous reviews, guests wrote about how helpful the owners were. I got no help or assistance from Yuki. As she was not there most of the time. I only dealt with her once @6 when she collected payment. And saw her once in the morning @7, and she said good morning to me, when I went to get my clothes from the cloth's line. Then she departed the hotel again @730. She was absolutely no help to me as I wanted to go by ferry back to Naha that morning. When I walked to the Port (5.2km), the ferry was canceled and was told to return for the 16:00 ferry. When I returned , it had been canceled also. Very disappointed , again, with Okinawa. One port does not know what the other port is doing, for example. And with no hotel owner there to help me with my booking the ferry, it costed me 8.5 hours delay in getting to Naha. And the other owner, Nobu, is not there anymore. I think they are having relationship problems , which is why Yuki was not "present" even when she was there. Also, no evening meals together, as described by guests in November 2023. Maybe it is the off-off season, but I was treated to a 3 week old staff member who did not speak English and a host owner who did speak English but was absent 97% of the time I was there. The hotel is beautiful. Very well decorated. But the "customer service" was completely lacking.
+ Hosts are very nice, hostel kitchen has everything you need, common areas are small but cozy, showers are perfect and clean.
- Bed was uncomfortable with only a very thin blanket provided. No AC in common areas and turned off in the room from 9AM to later in the evening. Very far from everything if you don’t have a car. Bike that was available was rusted and poorly maintained (I planned to use it since I did not have a car).

+ The hostel was cozy and well-equipped. I loved the free snorkeling gear and the nearby snorkeling spot. Being on an island connected to Okinawa by a bridge was a great experience. The staff were friendly and respectful, and the local restaurants were excellent for the price.

- most concern was what I could have done differently. bring the food if you do not want to eat out the travel to the supermarket is lengthy.

+ The facilities were amazing, especially the kitchen which had everything you needed to cook dishes! The staff were also super friendly and gave a lot of helpful recommendations. Although the weather wasn’t amazing during our stay, we made use of the free snorkelling gear and wetsuits which was a huge bonus!
- The location is slightly hard to get to, however if you have a car it is completely fine and worth the drive!

- You hear everything even if somebody goes to the toilet at night But still ok
+ You have a full kitchen aat your disposal if you like cooking then this is your place! And if you like quiet also a good pick if you want to be alone and do things locally good call. Now the only thing is a rental car would make it a great launch point for your vacation
- Getting to the supermarket each day was a mission if you have a car rented the. This becomes a non issue

+ У меня сложилось впечатление, что я попал в загородный дом к своим друзьям. Тут максимально домашняя обстановка. Все оформлено с большой любовью, все детали интерьера подобраны от сердца. Есть велосипеды на которых можно быстро изучить остров и успеть на закат. Огромное спасибо владельцам за то что создали такую домашнюю атмосферу 🫶🏽
+ キッチン用品が充実していて、お料理がしたくなりました。また隅々まで清掃されていてとても清潔感がありました。夜、外にやって来る猫がとっても可愛かったです。 寝心地もよく2日とも寝過ぎてしまいました。笑
- １箇所でいいのでキッチンペーパーかティッシュがあると嬉しいです

- 木枠のベッドはとても美しいのですが、寝返りを打つとかなり音がして、他の人に迷惑をかけてしまいます。
+ The hostel has a very elegant design with a great mix of ancient and modern elements. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are very friendly as well.
