- I developed very bad rashes after returning home. The building and room looked in disarray and there was no hot water. There was a paint bucket collecting water dripping from the ceiling of the corridor on my floor.

- The overall experience was beyond bad. They were dishonest in not telling us that there are some Reno going on. Nothing works in the room. The were no basics amenities in the room like hand towels and shower caps. There was no hair conditioner. They don’t even clean the room upon request. This the worst experience I ever had. I would never ever go back. They don’t even have the decency to give us discount for this run down hotel. Never stay in this hotel. Never

- Very old building with rundown interior. Dirty bedsheet with blood stain and lack of amenities in toilet. Such a scam ! No proper reception and dirty sofas everywhere ! No room cleaning either

- 이미 예약 되었고 결제까지 완료했는데 늦은 체크인 하는 중에 그들은 방이 없다고 무조건 업그레드를 요구하면서 별도의 비용을 청구했다. 그리고 어디로 갈 수 없었던 나는 현금으로 비용을 지불했지만 업그레이드 된 룸이라고하기에는 너무 기분나쁜 담배냄새나는 방을 배정해주었다. 피곤하고 숙박비를 지불했기 때문에 지냈지만, 예약과 다른 현금 요구는 부당하다

- Disgusting, dank, moldy, dusty, things broken from the front door lock to the safe to the TV (no TV). Piss stained sheets and dirty pillow. This property was abandoned and some dodgy Indians moved in and now running a scam.

+ I liked the location and the space before you get to the bed because I had space to do my hair and makeup.
- There is a penalty for everything. Early check in - one hour RM20, late check out, two hours - RM50. I do not recommend anybody to come here and the TV is not working. I had to bargain and argue my way to get a discount for early check in - for RM50 and not having to pay for late checkout. But please be careful , this is NOT the old Empire Subang Hotel, this is a new management. And there is NO water dispenser for a hotel that charges you for everything.

- The hotel was in the middle of a major renovation. Only one lift was working. The check in desk was in a converted room. We had to leave a deposit for the key. The housekeeping was difficult to get hold of.

- Very tired. You can smell cigarette smoke in the rooms from the hallway. Unable to change rooms even tho it was not fully booked
+ The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall, and we could easily walk down to find many food choices. Overall, it was worth the price paid.
