- La cabaña asignada se inundó por completo.
+ Les cours de yoga le matin. L'accès à la piscine.
- Le personnel est vraiment très désagréable. Les femmes de chambre ont été courtoises, mais tout le personnel de la réception et autre nous ont donné un très mauvais service. Aucunement gentil et serviable. Le prix est exorbitant compte-tenu de la qualité et de la propreté des lieux. Les habitations sont sales et inconfortables. Le wi-fi est accessible seulement à la piscine et à la réception. C'est bruyant en soirée. La plage ne donne pas accès à l'eau (il y a même un mur de béton). Nous ne vous recommandons pas cet endroit et nous vous conseillons d'aller ailleurs assurément. Prendre note qu'il s'agit de la première fois que nous laissons un commentaire aussi négatif sur un hébergement, mais comme TOUTES les personnes qui étaient hébergées au même endroit avaient la même opinion, nous avons cru bon de l'écrire ici.

- Nicht Moskitosicher - Türen und Fenster lassen alles kleine Viehzeug durch wie auch giftige Tausendfüssler. Außenliegendes WC und Dusche. Die Moskitos haben sich auf den WC-Besuch schon gefreut. Musste nach drei Tagen neu buchen, da es eine Zumutung war. Begründung wir sind ein EKO-Hotel. Meine Version von EKO-Hotel ist Gewinnmaximierung ohne investiern zu wollen.
+ La ubicación es impresionante, frente a la playa mega precioso. Hacen una rumba muy copada de miercoles a domingo.
- Tuvieron un problema con el pago. Me hicieron pagar 2 veces por su gerenta que nunca apareció se lo pidió a los empleados de ahí. Que claramente se dieron cuenta que estaban actuando mal y me estaban cagando. Pero ella desde su casa muy tranquila no quiso hacer nada. Les pedí por favor que me solucionen el problema antes del jueves 2/11/2023. No hubo caso. Les pedi mail, no hubo contacto desde su parte. Entonces, Booking que hacemos? Pague dos veces me deben 53,7 dolares. Voy a escribirles todos los días hasta tener una respuesta. Mis comentarios van a hacer negativos contra el hostal y la pagina booking.

Leider sehr enttäuschend – keine Rückerstattung Ich hatte im Tiki Hut Hostel ein Zimmer reserviert und bezahlt, doch als ich ankam, wurde mir gesagt, dass es keinen freien Platz gibt. Der Aufenthalt war somit nicht möglich. Was mich am meisten ärgert: Mein Geld habe ich bis heute nicht zurückbekommen. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Lösung, keine Rückerstattung. Sehr schade, denn so geht man nicht mit Gästen um.
Unfortunately very disappointing no refund I had booked and paid a room at Tiki Hut Hostel, but when I arrived, I was told that there was no free space. The stay was therefore not possible. What annoyed me most: My money I have not received back until today. Keine Entschuldigung, no solution, no refund. Very bad, because you don't treat guests like that.

- Pésima logística en la alimentación, no están en la capacidad de atender muchos turistas juntos. El 31 de diciembre fue una catástrofe
Ce n’est pas un hostel mais un hôtel ! Nous n’avons pas pu boire une bière juste achetee en face sur la terrasse de la piscine car ils en vendent au double du prix dans leur bar. Toilettes sales! Restaurant le double du prix des autres petits à côté. A part les riches et les américains on y trouve pas grand chose de plus! Je recommande pas du tout
This is not a hostel but a hotel! we could not drink a beer just bought across the street on the pool terrace because they sell it at double price in their bar. toilets are sold! restaurant is double price of other little ones next door. apart from the rich and the americans there is not much else to find there! i do not recommend it at all
Basic nothing special, more hotel vibes
flush in toilets doesnt work so you have to go to the toilet while seeing other peoples s*** piling up. Every single toilet. I seemed to not be the only one with food poisining that weekend, so not a pleasant sight. The beds in the dorms are terrible, they shake like there in a earthquake everytime you even try to touch them. Therefore I decided to 'upgrade' to a private room where the isolation was so good that I felt like I was having a trio with the room next door. She tried to charge me for ...

Very lovely hostel but not sociable, could do w more than one juice option at breakfast (they only serve tomato juice??). Also beds were extremely hard!
Muy bonito hostal, no es muy social debido a que es un poco grande y la vibra era muy tranquila, casi no hay actividades pero para desconectarte o ir en pareja es precioso🩷
Very nice hostel, not very social because it is a bit big and the vibe was very quiet, almost no activities but to disconnect or go out as a couple is lovely
The pool area is nice, super close to the beach and also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Wasn't very social but if you're looking for a relaxing stay in Palomino it's great.
+ La cabaña muy cómoda, la atención del personal excelente, todos muy formales. El ambiente se presta para descansar en el día y en la noche la rumba es muy buena.
- El trayecto desde algunas cabañas hasta la playa es un poco largo.

Very nice time at Tiki Hut, cannot thank the staff enough especially the people at reception. Pool is super nice, drinks as well. The area is ideal for Palomino. I do wish we had soap and floor towel in the bathroom as it tends to get wet. Otherwise, great place !
Sauberes, grosses Hostel, eher wie ein Hotel. Jedes Bett hat ein Mückennetz! Pool war sauber. Würde wiederkommen.

Very nice private huts and the pools are nice. Only problem is they don’t have wifi in the rooms
+ great location, friendly staff, different activities and lots of tours you can book, nice pool and common areas (hammocks, bar, restaurant) - breakfast is included which is great but it only offers three different kinds of eggs, new mattresses pls!, not too easy to connect as solo traveller (many couples and groups) Overall I’d definitely stay again, great value for the cheap price in the 8 bed dorm

Wifi werkt niet overal goed, verder super fijn en mooi hostel. Lekker ontbijt en heel veel verschillende sociale/relax plekken!
Wifi works everywhere well, also super nice and nice hostel.
GREAT. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good value. Facilities like pool, pinning, salsa classes were great. I extended several days.

- Henkilökunta oli todella hitaita ja huolimattomia, sekä outoa sekoilua joka asiassa. Huone myös oli epäsiisti.

+ Me alojé en la habitación compartida femenina y, en general, el hostal tiene una energía muy activa y social. Ofrecen muchas actividades durante el día y la noche, lo que facilita la integración entre los huéspedes. El ambiente es animado y hay buena disposición para compartir. La zona principal del hostal está cerca de la playa y cuenta con sillas y espacios para sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar del mar, lo cual es un punto muy positivo. El personal de recepción es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar o a orientar sobre las actividades.
- Como aspecto a mejorar, la ubicación de las cabañas donde están las habitaciones compartidas femeninas es bastante alejada de la zona principal del hostal y de la playa. Los trayectos son largos y requieren caminar bastante cada vez que se quiere ir o volver, lo que puede resultar cansado, especialmente para personas que viajan solas. Además, al ser una habitación de seis camas ocupada por varias mujeres, se generan muchos residuos. Sería recomendable reforzar el aseo y la limpieza de manera más frecuente, especialmente en el baño, para mantener mejores condiciones de higiene y comodidad.

Great hostel for chilling out with an excellent pool and hammock offering, great location aswell
Tiki hut is a good deal for the price, but the atmosphere didn't encourage connection between solo travellers. It felt more like a couple's resort at times. Also the lockers don't stay open on their own, so you have to pack stuff one handed, which was a little annoying.However, the location was amazing, so you can always head somewhere else for the night and walk back within 5 minutes. The breakfast was good for the price and the bar and kitchen staff were delightful.
